Doesnt soak into skin. I found it just sits on the skin and even after being on skin for few hours you can still scrape it off. Didnt moisturise the skin at all

I have just returned a tub of No7 Protect & Perfect Intense ADVANCED Day Cream 50ml to my local branch of Boots and received a full refund. I can't comprehend that in this day and age, and especially in the current climate, that a product that retails for £25 is not sealed against tampering. The box used to have a cellophane wrapper and the tub used to have a peel-off foil seal, much like other brands in this price range. Consequently, I am not comfortable putting this on my face. A shame, as I do rate the product. It's the lack of security that brings the rating down.

I have been using the serum, day cream, night cream and eye cream since Christmas and everyone is commenting on how fantastic my skin is looking. I have to say I love it!!

I had this as a part of a kit fir Christmas pressie . Don't usually use no 7 purely because I hate fragrance. I used it to try.. I loved the result my skin was smooth and soft and it's really light.. I have combination / dehydrated skin mainly. If the no7 products were un fragranced..i would use the whole range. This one wasn't as fragranced as the other products so was OK. Used for a week. May repurchase. But boots leave the fragrance out in a range please!

I usually use more expensive skin care but thought I'd try the protect & perfect range from Boots. Have been using the day/night creams, eye cream and serum for about two weeks. My skin feels soft after use, the cream easily absorbs and leaves no stickiness. My only dislike is the perfume it is very strong, I'm used to perfume free cream. The glass jars are over sized and bulky for the small amount of product inside. My skin has remained in the same condition as it was when I used the more expensive range so I think I will continue use.

This is a fantastic day cream, which is quickly and easily absorbed and leaves skin feeling soft and nourished. After two weeks of continuous use my skin feels firmer and younger, my skin tone is more even and my wrinkles appear reduced. This product is outstanding, and I can't recommend it highly enough.

My age puts me in the Lift & Luminate range, so I moved on from my much loved Protect & Perfect, but found the Luminance too much - it just made me look sweaty! So after dutifully working my way through the L&L (I ended up using it on my legs, where the shine is quite nice). I went back to my trusted P&P only to find you've added pearlescent ingredients to this range. You can imagine how fed up I was, especially as I used the 3for2 to stock up! I'm sure the shiny pigments are great under foundation, and it is a great non greasy moisturiser, but please remember lots of us don't use foundation and want a moisturiser that just looks natural. Perhaps you could offer a luminous and a non luminous version? I like to wear a bit of blush and eye make up with bare skin, but this is impossible when you add so much shimmer to the moisturiser - your skin looks shinier where you aren't wearing make-up than where you are. Do us natural look women a favour and dial down the shimmer!

So disappointed. I’ve gone through two pots quicker than I did with using just one of the old pots. I feel the formula has changed a little too. Why have you fiddled with it?! The product was fine as it was. Now have to find another product as it’s too expensive to keep buying and it’s definitely not the same as it was

I recently bought this product for two reasons. Firstly, it was a three for two offer and secondly, the reviews of previous users. Thank you everyone who took the time to write because this is the fantastic. I love it. There is no residue left on your skin; just a smooth, bright and glowing complexion. I highly recommend this day cream.

Finally found a moisturizer that works briliantly for me. It does not make me break out (which is very rare!), sinks in straight away and looks good under makeup. And it has 5 star UVA. Oh and it smells pleasantly. One pot lasts me nearly 5months for every day use, so not bad. It's expensive, though, so I will buy when it's on offer only.
