I started using this 2 months ago after nicking some from a friend. What a difference it has made to my skin already. I use it daily without fail and thanks to the SPF (which many other expensive brands don't have) there is no need for a separate facial sunscreen, this saving money in the long term. I use this along with the night cream and eye cream, all are fantastic and can't see myself using anything else. This is perfect.

I started to use this last year because my skin felt a bit dry and tight so i changed moisturiser. This cream is quite thick so i would not use it in the hot weather. It did a really good job in the winter and i really noticed the difference after using it. I would definitely purchase this again.

I just love this cream ( I also use the night cream) it glides on silky smooth, leaving my skin feeling nourished. A little goes a long way. I personally think it’s great value for money as it does as good a job as the more expensive brands that I’ve tried. I’m now sticking to No7 for my day and night cream. Highly recommend

I got this as part of a giftset and I was so impressed by it! It felt so lovely on my skin and smelt amazing. The cumbersome plastic packaging has now been replaced so that's a plus. I did like the tight seal on the plastic packaging though. I only had one jar so I can't say for sure that I saw an effect but I did think that my skin looked good whilst using it. The downside to the light texture is that one jar only lasts about 2 months, so I would need to find this on a good offer as I think it is a little expensive.

Love the new packaging which is fully recyclable. Good to see Boots are taking a conscientious approach in spite of some negative reviews from people who are clearly more concerned about how it looks than protecting the planet! I think glass is a lot more classy than plastic any day. Well done Boots, let’s have more of the same.

Unfortunately this cream wasn't suitable for my skin

I've used Protect & Perfect Advanced Day and Night creams for years. Great product but new jar design so disppointing. Jars are too heavy and they look cheap and naff. If the change from the old plastic jars was to make them more recyclable, great - but surely the design could have been better, especially at this price point? And how about introducing in-store recycling boxes for non standard packaging - eg via Terracycle Zero Waste boxes??

Moisturising cream but does not feel as luxurious as the matching night cream. It feels and smells like suncream which is very disappointing as I have used other day creams with SPF that do not feel like suncream. If it had a higher SPF than 15 I may be a bit more understanding as it would be protecting my skin more but I'm disappointed with this product. I did ask via social media if this was how the cream was suppose to feel but the team just told me to return the product if I wasn't happy with it.

I've used some very expensive creams but this does what it says.
