This is a lovely primer ! very smooth . My skin is prone to redness, and blemishes, and this covers them nicely.Makes skin feel nice and moisturised too. Really pleased !

Have used Colour Calming Primer for years to cover redness and was really annoyed to discover it has been discontinued but bought the Colour Balancing Primer as I was told by the boots assistant it was the same. Totally not the same, please bring back the Colour Calming Primer as it was a far superior product.

I have used the no7 green colour correcter for many years and am amazed it has disappeared. Without it I have a bright red face. With it + foundation I get compliments on my complexion........ Please bring back the original!

I also used to use the old No7 Colour Calming Primer and have done for years. Unfortunately within two days of wearing this new product my skin is a mess. I have really sensitive skin, hence the redness, and this product has brought me out in spots!

I like the product. Feels nice, evens red skin tones but its too expensive in my opinion to use everyday for work etc. There are cheaper options available.

I bought this as the No7 Colour Calming Primer has been discontinued. I have used this product successfully for years and now it has been replaced by this more inferior product and it is well more expensive. Listen to the reviews Boots and bring back the old product by popular demand!! IT WORKED!

I used the No 7 Colour Calming Primer for years and found it worked well with my redness in my face and was disappointed to find it is no longer available. Please bring it back into stores. I have one tube left and when that's used will have to look for an alternative now.

I though Boots had brought back their old green foundation. They haven't! Much thinner doesn't give the same coverage. Why mess with a formula that works!

I'm now in my early 40s and my skin is responding with open pores, uneven skin tone and redness on my nose and cheeks. I also have melasma on top of both cheekbones. I bought this after doing some internet research and I was dubious as other primers just don't cut it. I have never used colour correcting before so the green colour was a little scary for me but it blended in perfectly. It was very easy to apply. Nice and creamy texture and didn't leave me feeling like a film was on the surface of my skin. I let it absorb then looked in the mirror. The effect was pretty much instantaneous. My skintone was evened out and most importantly, the redness was calmed a lot. Yes, I could still see some but this is a primer not a concealer. I was so impressed that in future I will be happy just popping some of this on and going out knowing that the redness isn't as prominent. I then applied some make up and I was more than happy. No open pores could be seen and my lines were less pronounced. The melasma is very difficult to cover but I did notice it looked a little blurred after using the primer. Overall, I'm very happy and will purchase again in future.

I love no7 products, but so disappointed in this primer, it's so thin and doesn't do much at all, unfortunately a waste of money for me and wouldn't recommend.
