It actually seems to work pretty well in terms of strength. Massaging it in feels therapeutic and I don't have breakages often anymore or any of those white lines you see on your nails sometimes. My nails still grow at an appallingly slow rate though, so the growth side doesn't own up to the name... But the nails are remaining intact now thankfully!

I had a mini sized one if these in a No. 7 giveaway. I used it initially to have lovely healthy looking nails. Then Xmas came along and I was far too busy. My nails split, cracked, tore etc . .now after Xmas I'm back to looking after my neglected nails & the difference has been amazing. Would absolute recommend. .

I am in a lab 9 hours a week, and we wash everything in ACETONE! Not good for your nails! This gives them back some strength when they're very damaged. They look whiter and stronger. Not sure about growing faster, but will continue to use!

It does what it says on the bottle..my nails are much stronger and seem to grow quicker.

I decided out of the blue to stop biting my nails. I'm 38 and have bitten them for as long as I can remember. I knew my nails would need some TLC along the way so I decided to purchase this. It's amazing! I use it every day, not twice weekly as recommended and the results are lovely, shiny strong and healthy nails. It is fast absorbing and non greasy. I'm now onto my second bottle and wouldn't use anything else.

Got this a few weeks ago. Nails since lockdown (March) in very bad shape. Had problems in the past, but until Spring they were quite nice. S & G helps to make even the shortest and frazzled nails look halfway decent. Sadly, the regrowth is not very strong, have to file them down and therefore no length after weeks yet. I also recommend to massage this fluid (it's not a varnish) a few times a day (not a week as recommended!) into the nail. Otherwise no result at all (was sloppy for a few days again). I guess it would be helpful to use at least a clear nail varnish over it to protect the nails. Positive is that it is not greasy, the price is reasonable and it does not smell. If the result would be faster, I would give it 5 stars.

I purchased this in November 2020. Despite using rubber gloves for housework etc my poor nails were flaky and easily broken. Since using this twice a day my nails are absolutely beautiful. They look strong and healthy. I shall never be without this treatment. Its definitely the best I have ever used

I bought this product as my nails were always weak and kept breaking and chipping. After using this twice a week I've noticed not only a difference in the strength of my nails but the growth of my nails as well. Highly recommend!

I bought this about a month ago, my nails grow out but they are very thin and my thumbnails tend to always rip on the side... so I am forced to trim all my nails down. I only used this once or twice a week for the past 3 weeks and my nails have grown out beautifully! I keep them moisturized as much as I can to avoid breaks and this product topped with some nail oil has seriously rescued my nails.
