I purchased the 'Beauty Vault' some weeks ago, mainly because I had run out of cleanser and this particular product swayed my decision - many items in the box won't be used by myself. I have been using it as directed for a few weeks now and it is a bit frustrating to get it to clean my skin. It doesn't foam and so goes on the skin like a cream even when added to water; several times I had to use more and more product to get it to clean my face to any slight degree. I always have to follow up with another cleanser or toner as my face still feels oily afterwards. I thought it would be ideal for my oily/combination skin but not so: it seems to sit on top of the oil rather than remove it. Having just revisited the 'product details' it does claim to do this and remove make-up: I haven't tried to use it to remove make-up but I would also be disappointed if it didn't do this as claimed, as detailed by other reviewers.

I only use this in the morning after cleansing & moisturising my skin at night (all no 7 products of course!). I have noticed that the clay ingredient keeps the oil at bay.

People saying this does not take off make up. However I wouldn't use this cleanser to take off makeup. Firstly, I use an oil-based or balm cleanser to break down make up and sunscreen. Then I use this cleanser to really deep cleanse my pores. I remove this with a wrm wet flannel. It works a treat. I have noticed an improvement in the texture and tone of my skin after a few weeks of using. I have combination skin. Would highly recommend this.

Absolutely rubbish. My face is not cleansed after using this. I have joker black eyes half way down my face. I have to remove further with eye make up remover (same brand, does not remove make up) I then tone my skin and my make up is still visible on pad. meaning it’s not cleansed my face or even washed it. The make up is still on after the second wash in the morning. Disappointed and can’t wait for the bottle to be empty! At the price I expect a lot more. I have had better results from cleansers below £5. which remove all my make up in one go.

Bought this a week ago as a make up remover. Feels lovely on skin but doesn't remove even light make up. Really disappointed.

My partner gave me a set of no.7 and I have tried all of the products and one of the most product that I love is this cleanser, it really cleanse your skin deeply without drying your skin, it leaves your skin so soft and smooth after using the product, I will buy more of this as it is a great stuff that I have ever use so far.

Finally ! found something that works on my combination skin. I cannot recommend this enough ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Been using this for a year now usually when I find a cleanser I like it only works for a short time but not this one and a little goes a long way and by the time I need to buy it it's usually on offer so an all round winner
