Love the packaging on this, that’s what attracted me more than anything. But it works, it stings for a few seconds upon first application, but soon ceases. I left it on my skin for 10 minutes and my skin really goes afterwards and feels soft and hydrated. An absolute bargain of a product from No 7, works just as well as many high end products. Love it!!

This came in a gift set so I thought I would try it and I am very glad that I did! It leaves my skin feeling really soft and looks really smooth. It's definitely something that I will keep using!

I received this product as part of a gift set and was very excited to try, I have non sensitive skin but a little dry in places so I applied the product to my face and hadn’t even put it on my whole face before it started to BURN, I had to was it off immediately but that wasn’t enough for me, I tried it again two weeks later but unfortunately with the same result as before.

I bought this after looking at my face and feeling a looked a bit haggered. After the first use it made such a difference. I sat with it on in the bath for 10 minutes and the difference to the fine lines around my eyes is staggering really for the price. I think I’ll probably get about 30 uses out of it too. Have already recommend this to people

I cannot use this product even though it says it is for sensitive skin. The stinging and redness was not good and my skin felt depleted of moisture after the mask eventhough I have greasy akin. Definately won’t be using again.

I was on medication that made my skin unbearably dry, it was so cracked and painful I couldn’t move my face without feeling the pain, I had tried tried endless different face masks and moisturisers which did nothing to help, until I found this. From the very first use my skin was instantly better, and was no longer so painful. I now use this 2-3 times a week for around 10 minutes and my skin has never gone back to how it was. The mask is more a clear gel that it appears in the pictures so it’s not as visible on the skin, however that doesn’t bother me. Thank you to the creators of this product, it saved my skin!!!

I brought this having tried a sample and love it! It’s my go to weekly mask. I have dry skin so have to exfoliate, this mask is a life saver.

Fortunately I tried this with a free sample (which I would recommend highly) I have combo skin which isn't that sensitive. However when I followed the instructions for this product - so I applied it after cleansing - as I applied it, the burning began. I left it on for a minute to see if the burning would fade but it intensified so I washed it off. So honestly I recommend getting a sample of this before purchasing just in case your skin reacts

My skin has been feeling super dry throughout lockdown and this has just been the best little product as it's sorted my skin right out. I love to use it when I'm chilling in the bath as the steam and heat seems to help the product absorb into the skin. Also, such great value for money as a little really does go a long way. I'm really happy with this.

I have sensitive skin and struggle to find a moisturiser that doesn’t leave my skin feeling tight/irritable. I’ve been using his for over a month now and it’s been the best buy. Really hydrating love it!
