Left my face dry with a slight sting! Washed off straight away. I have found the same with all similar face masks of all brands but no day / night creams do this so very odd so its not for everyone! Read through reviews and found a fair few people found the same. I tried the tip of using it on my feet as I don't like wastage and my feet are now super soft, so don't chuck if its not for your face!

This came in a gift set so I thought I would try it and I am very glad that I did! It leaves my skin feeling really soft and looks really smooth. It's definitely something that I will keep using!

I received this product as part of a gift set and was very excited to try, I have non sensitive skin but a little dry in places so I applied the product to my face and hadn’t even put it on my whole face before it started to BURN, I had to was it off immediately but that wasn’t enough for me, I tried it again two weeks later but unfortunately with the same result as before.

With the pump pack it is easy to apply the correct amount while keeping the rest fresh for further uses making it economical and reducing waste compared to single sachets. This only takes a few minutes to work and washes off easily leaving smooth skin.

I am glad Boots put clear instructions online as the design packaging of the product is dreadful! Why would you put white miniscule writing on a transparent bottle? Having said that, the product itself is worthwhile once you know how to use it.

Contains parabens which I didn’t realise! Going straight in the bin! Come on Boots!

I have received this from my partner as part of the set he gave me. On the day one that i have tried it I have seen the result straight away, I felt how soft, glowy and smooth my skin is after using this mask. My partner noticed my skin as well, it works well and leave my skin so soft, hydrated and smooth. Will continue to buy more of this product, it is one of the brilliant stuff of no.7 products.

My sister gave me this for Christmas knowing that I've been struggling with extremely dry, red and flakey patches on my menopausal skin for months and I've quite frankly been astonished with the results. My skin feels so soft, bouncy and hydrated but not greasy, the dry, flakey patches have disappeared and the redness is gradually fading. The relief my skin feels is amazing. I don't plaster it on like the illustration, but apply a thin layer and leave it on for 10 minutes. I tissue it off then lightly go over my face with a damp muslin cloth to remove any remaining product. At the moment I'm using it every other evening but plan to reduce this if my skin stabilises. Thank you No7, I had resigned myself to accepting my problem menopausal skin, but now I don't have to anymore.

I cannot use this product even though it says it is for sensitive skin. The stinging and redness was not good and my skin felt depleted of moisture after the mask eventhough I have greasy akin. Definately won’t be using again.

I was bought this last Christmas as part of a No.7 set and haven't stopped using it since. Very easy to apply and leaves my skin silky and glowing. Hope No7 does the set again this year??
