Never having used a gradual body tan before I was a little wary but I found this easy to apply and very moisturising. It gives a beautiful golden tan and I noticed a difference after only one application on my very pale skin. I would have rated this 5* but it took a little while to get used to the scent and would have preferred it to smell more like the gradual face tan which is also a top star product with SPF 15.

Really pleased with product. It has given me a very light tan which is what I wanted. I use it every day after my shower, all over my body and it is my legs that have tanned the most. It wouldn't be any good for someone wanting a deep colour. My only complaint is it does have that smell that all tan lotions have but it isn't as fragrant as others I have used. 9/10

This is a good product if, like me, you are looking for a light tan. It smells inoffensive and it states that you don't have to exfoliate to create an even tan. I prefer using it to the cheaper daily tanners but that's because I find it more pleasant to use with it's pump dispenser and as mentioned before, the smell is a little less obvious. Performance wise however it's pretty much the same as the much cheaper one in the yellow bottle made by a famous baby brand so if the price is a big factor, I probably wouldn't splurge on this.

Terrible smell and it didn't change the colour of my skin at all. Also really annoying pump action which only squirts out a small amount at a time so takes ages to get enough out to cover whole body. I would recommend Ambre Solaire after sun tan maintainer, although unfortunately this only seems to be sold seasonally so you would need to stock up for the winter. This has a lovely smell and really works.

... but smelling rather bad! Not sure this is any better than Johnsons Holiday Skin, which I have used for years. I live in the Middle East, but avoid the sun, so this type of product is very good. Unfortunately, the Johnsons product is not available here, but the Boots one is ...

Despite reading that it was a gradual tan, I bought it ten days before I was supposed to be at a pool party. I applied it once and noticed an amazing golden glow on my arms, however it was streaky on my legs and chest. The second time I used it, I made sure to put it all over my body and I found that it gave me a full tan all over. I would definitely recommend but it does have a bad smell.

I haven't fake tanned in years so gave this a go to ease my way in. I put it on last night before bed and I've woken up with a lovely golden tan. I knock one star off but only because I think you can see where it sits where I've recently shaved my legs. Perhaps I shouldn't put it on the same day?

Earlier in the year I eyed my pasty white legs with some trepidation knowing they would soon have to face the unforgiving light of day. I really didn't want to use a traditional fake tan as I think it looks just that. So I thought I'd give this a try. I put it on my lower leg area every morning. At first I could see no difference. By the second week however, there was a definite golden tint to my skin. I have been using it every day for several weeks now and my legs are a lovely natural light golden colour. Plus, although I purchased two, I am still on the first bottle. A little goes a long way. As an added bonus, it also has a nice moisturizing effect and no horrible scent. I have got some for my mum and I will be buying more.

I have a VERY pale, celtic skin tone. After reading the other reviews about the poor colour pay off- I was actually drawn to the product. I have been looking for a slight glow product. But because of my pale tone usually everything pays off as burnt orangey ugliness. But I have used 2 bottles of this now (on offer) and the product has no pay off what so ever. I mean none. Waste of money.
