I had high expectations as I love No7 but I was very disappointed. I couldn’t pluck a single hair. Not one. The tweezer seemed blunt and bulky somehow. I couldn’t even lift the hair to get hold of it let alone pull it out. Sadly the worst tweezers I’ve ever used and that includes one from a Christmas cracker!

Arrived last week and dont work at all. Dont even grip a hair on your head.

Very disappointed with these tweezers. They do not grab the hair to allow you to pull out. They do not work!!

Worst tweezers I have ever bought, they don't grip any hairs at all! I wish I had read the other reviews before buying, total waste of money.
