I love this hand cream, whenever I put it on at night my hands just feel so soft and smooth.

I tend to forget that my hands have under gone a lot of hard work over the years and to be honest I never really bothered with hand creams until about 10 years ago. So maybe I am not the best person to promote creams that say "keeps younger"...as I am middle aged,going through the menopause and I have worked with chemicals and beer throughout my life.(Not both at the same time I hasten to add.) It really irritates me that my hands do get so dry and quite wrinkled at times and so I have been searching for the last three years for a hand cream that is not sticky,greasy and really does nourish and protect my hands. I found one and then the company discontinued the item.(this really annoys me about the beauty industry.You find an item you like only to find it has been replaced by a different shade or an improved formula etc.) I am still searching for a hand cream that suits my skin..and believe me I have tried them all from cheap to very expensive.I have just ordered another hand cream from Boots, which I will review in the next few weeks. On first using of this No 7 cream I thought "what a waste of money"...and although my opinion had improved slightly I am still not a big fan. Yes it softens skin but it doesn't make them feel nourished...and although I appreciate I can never have youthful hands again I do feel there must be hand creams out there that would do a much better job than this.

I was bought this cream as a gift as I WAS always moaning about the state of my hands and that no cream no matter how fab it claimed to be even for dry cracked sensitive skin they didn't work !!! My hands looked old, wrinkly, and cracked and WERE in a terrible mess, I applied this cream several times a day initially and saw a massive improvement within days, I now only apply once to twice a day and given the state they were in this is a first for yrs, my hands now look GREAT almost wrinkle free and much much younger :-) I have used this cream for about 2 yrs now and have recently tried other products ! Big mistake on my part ! I returned to using No7 and again almost instantly my skin improved.

This is by far the best hand cream I have ever used, most hand creams make my hands sore and red and by the time its soaked in my hands are dry, but with this product I don't have that problem, it can be a bit greasy at first but it soon soaks in nicely leaving your hands soft and not sore

over the years I've used many hand creams some bottom of the range alot of them mid to top of the range .For me this is one of the best it glides on and is absorbed quite quickly, has a nice smell and leaves my hands very smooth. I've been using with the night cream and I think the few age spots I have have faded and don't know if its wishful thinking but I think my hands look younger

I bought this hand cream with high hopes but it did nothing for me. Left my hands greasy and un-moisturised. They felt dry after use. I have found a product which is half the cost which does a much better job.

This product is far to greasy for hands. Much prefer Johnson & Johnson!
