I never tried the original formulation of this cream so I am testing the relaunched version with fresh eyes. I find it to be a pretty good moisturiser, i find the fragrance to be pleasant. I wouldn't say it was excellent but it does the job.

This is a lovely product to use it left my skin feeling silky smooth and hydrated. It's thick and smoothes on beautifully. It's just what I would have expected from No7 except...the smell! It's not great. Quite sickly and synthetic like an air freshener which is so disappointing as it's a great product in every other way. My skin is sensitive and I was a bit wary of using this as it smelled quite strong but it was fine and my skin felt fab! One other small gripe is the packaging. For the price I would have liked something a bit more lux the labelling looked more 'everyday essentials'. Other than that I would buy this again if on offer as it left my skin feeling lovely and didn't irritate.

Lovely thick and luxurious feeling cream. You only need to use a little bit so it lasts well. I really like the smell and was surprised to see other reviews saying it wasn't pleasant. Great as a present or a treat for yourself. Tub looks great in bathroom too!

This has to be one of the thickest body butters I have ever used. It is so intense and creamy and a little goes a long way! The smell is light, not too overpowering, which I quite like. This has been great to use during the winter - when a little bit of extra moisturising is needed. I've been using it every few days, either in the mornings or after a late bath with the ranges body scrub. Wonderfully indulgent!

A good body butter ruined by a dreadful smell - shame.

I didn't try the previous version of this body butter so can't comment on the smell change but I think this new version is lovely. The smell is light and fresh, almost lemon like and the butter is very rich and moisturising, only thing that puts me offis the price, I think it's a bit too expensive to make this a regular purchase in comparison to other luxury bathing brands.

I have fairly dry, sensetive skin and the list of natural oils and 48 hr hydration seemed ideal. The butter itself is very thick, sits on your skin and when absorbed leaves your skin feeling rubbery rather then soft and supple. The second issue is the smell, it smells medicated, like something a doctor would perscribe, not really making you feel pampered or indulgent . Finally the following day my skin was dry and itchy, so much for 48 hrs of hydration.

I have to disagree with some of the ore he reviews. I use this after the matching scrub. Applying it is easy and it absorbs quickly. I like the smell, it has a lovely fragrance and it lasts days on my skin. It looses a star for the packaging - it could be more luxurious, it seems to look like a bog standard cream. I am hooked on this body butter from the first use. The packaging is lovely and contemporary so looks great on the dresser. It's a huge tub with a generous amount so it will last ages, epecially as it spreads easily. I love the subtle sweet smell. It doesn't sit on the skin like some body butters, it really sinks in and rids skin of dryness. I love it, it's a great product!

I bought this as my usual Sanctuary Mande Lular was out of stock. Was disappointed as cream very thick and you have to use a lot to get coverage. Also fragrance not great.
