I read some of the other reviews so was a little put off using this body wash, but I actually really liked it. The smell to me wasn't very over powering, a very subtle fresh scent and lathered up nicely. I felt very refreshed and clean after I used it. It might not be the smell for everyone its not floral I would say the closest smell I could describe It as to me personally would be a slight grapefruit smell to it. I like the packaging too.

I absolutely agree with the other comments regarding this body wash. I have been using this product together with the body moisturizer for a few years and loved the fragrance. This product now smells awful and I could not bring myself to use it, so I binned it. This was part of a gift set which I look forward to receiving every year for Christmas, and they do not come cheap!! I have to also say, I dislike the new packaging. Please No7 bring back the old fragrance and packaging.

I loved the previous No7 body wash as the texture and the smell were lovely. This relaunched version has a very strange, synthetic smell which smells cheap. I don't like the new packaging either. Please bring the other one back!!

Certainly lots of mixed reviews on this product! I never tried the old version but really am taken by this product! Just shows how we all differ. In fact I'm collecting whole collection that taken by it. Really lovely fragrance very feminine but not too over powering. Gets up a good lather so feel like putting something on that is actually working. Skin feels really soft and nice after shower. Definitely one to use again.

I haven't really used much of No7 body wash items before, and I don't think I'll be rushing out to purchase any of their other stuff. I hated the smell which is definitely the worst thing about this product. I don't really feel like it made much of a difference to my skin so definitely won't get this again.

What have you done boots? This was a huge mistake. I initially thought you had changed the packaging - nothing wrong with the old design but hey ho. How wrong I was!! You have ruined this product - me and at least 4 of my friends used to love the original and would use nothing else. The new formulation is just awful and certainly won't be getting used here. What's happened to the shower oil too? It was the first item on my holiday shopping list and that has disappeared. Shame!

This body was is lovely! It has a really nice smell and really nice texture and you don't need to use too much of it either as it lathers really well. Leaves your skin soft too!

Not having tried the old scent, I cannot really compare the two so am judging product on its own current merits. I do like how well it lathers and I like citrus scents a lot but this did smell rather.... well not cheap exactly but it wasn't particularly indulgent. I don't think it's bad as such, but it is bad for the price. I feel like I'd mind the scent less if this was your average shower gel on offer.

To be fair to the body wash it does moisturise and feels very luxurious. The product comes out like a cream, it's thick, holds it's form and lathers up wonderfully. It held it's form so well in the shower that I applied it straight onto my skin, no need for a body polisher with this product. I have quite dry skin on my legs particularly during winter and I've noticed the difference since using this wash. My only qualm with this product is that it smells a little odd, I liken the smell to plastic.
