First of all this lotion is not quick drying. Although i didn't put on clothes for an hour after application and wearing loose clothes until going to bed, when I removed my sheets to put in the laundry i noticed that it had stained the mattress cover ! Fortunately i have a waterproof mattress cover otherwise it would have stained the mattress. It doesn't result in a uniform tan and this is because it is not drying quickly, so even if you apply it meticulously the lotion won't be absorbed uniformly. Then the resulting color is orange, i am fair skinned and on my skin looks orange. I will not buy again.

Don't waste time or money on this product. Although it gives a beautiful streak-free colour, it is NOT wear-off despite what it says on the bottle. It disappears the minute you wash your face or hands, or have a shower. The directions claim that it's safe to shower after 3 hours. I waited 8 but the colour still washed straight off. It's very disappointing because the colour is really natural and healthy looking. This should not be marketed as a wear-off tan. It definitely is NOT. I won't be buying this again.

I always turn to this product when I want a natural healthy looking tan. I always use it with a tanning mit and I’ve never had any issues. I also get lots of positive comments on the colour and it lasts up to a week. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting a natural-looking tan at an affordable price.

I used to use L'Oreal until I stopped buying products tested on animals (over ten years ago). After that, I stopped using self tanner until this summer. This summer I wanted my legs to look tanned. I knew No. 7 does not test on animals, and is a superior product, but did not know if the self tanner was good. Definitely worth the money, goes on smoothly, no strong odour, and my legs look naturally tanned. I am fair skinned, and opted for this one as opposed to the light/medium.

I bought this a few weeks ago with the £30 set of all no 7 tanning items for me this product has been the best so far, tan is easy to apply and shows after just 2 hours, it doesn't give you the typical orangey fake tan colour either, this looks really natural and doesn't streak although don't forget to wash your hands after applying :)

This is a brilliant fake tan. Looks natural and most importantly does not make me itch like most on the market do. It fades slowly and evenly and does not make skin dry. Please don't ever stop making this it really is an amazing product!

I have been using self tan for 20+ years. Over the years I have perfected application to get good results. My usual Piz Buin self tan has been discontinued and I tried this tan as it was on offer and had misleading ratings online. This is the worst tan I have ever used. It is pungent, stays sticky and dries patchy. The actual 'colour' is OK, (not too yellow or orange as some tans can be), but it is very, very dark. It also wears off in patches and left me patchy for 2+ weeks. I returned the 2nd full half price bottle so ended up paying full price for this terrible product. Store not helpful when I complained about the product.

I bought this through an offer - this is cheaper than all the other tanners i use and i am completely converted! It goes on so easily - not too thick, and the smell is ok, but the tan is the least fake looking of all others i've tried - and it develops nicely over time - if i use this at night it lasts approx a week without wearing

Started using this lotion about a year ago and it's smells gorgeous no typical smell of fake tan. Goes on well nice and smooth but contrary to most reviews it doesn't dry quickly and stays tacky but that wouldn't put me off buying again. All in all its a good colour and fades well after a few days. It's mostly on offer so I like to buy it when it is!

This gives a nice golden, natural tan. I've always applied with a mitt for best results. Develops quickly and no need to shower off. It does have an after smell but this wears off over a few hours and is not unpleasant. Reasonably priced. I never use anything else.
