Great finish. Applied on easily and you don’t need to much to get a good, even cover. My skin is naturally oily but this foundation doesn’t come off easily and stays on all day unlike other foundations I’ve tried. Great colour matching system too so I don’t look orange!

Love this but it drives me mad due to itch caused by parabens. No7 please remove parabens from your products like every other good cosmetics company is doing. It's a shame as it's good coverage and a lovely fresh finish

I have been a loyal Boots customer for over 30 years and have used No7 foundation for many years. When I saw the No7 personalised foundation analysis tool, which promotes "85 years of skin expertise powered by AI intelligence" and promises to help you "find your perfect match", I thought it would be sensible to check that I was still using the correct shade. The AI analysis recommended a completely different shade from the one I have successfully worn for years. Trusting the technology and the claims made about its accuracy, I purchased two foundations at a cost of over £30. Unfortunately, when they arrived, the recommended shade was exceptionally light and completely unsuitable for my skin tone. It failed to provide the coverage I normally get and did not effectively cover skin blemishes. My original shade had previously been professionally colour matched in store and clearly remains a much better match. What disappointed me most was Boots' response. When I contacted customer services, I was informed that the AI tool is for guidance only and that the products could not be returned. However, I could find nothing in the marketing that clearly communicated this limitation. Instead, the messaging focuses heavily on the expertise, intelligence and accuracy of the technology. I discussed the issue with both Shannon and Joshua, but unfortunately no resolution was offered. As a result, I am now over £30 out of pocket despite relying on a Boots-recommended tool. For a company that values customer loyalty, this was extremely disappointing. After more than three decades as a customer, I feel let down by both the technology and the lack of customer support. Sadly, this experience has made me reconsider future No7 and Boots beauty purchases, and I will be looking at alternative brands going forward.

I have been using this foundation for years now and I love the cover, I have pretty open pores and it covers them well , but doesnt look overly heavy, tried others occasionally but always end up back to.my favourite no 7 ❤️🌟

I bought this online so didn't match to my skin tone in person, but I was pleasantly surprised at how well it matched and sat on my face. A lovely foundation that feels like I'm not wearing make up at all.

Love this foundation, it goes on really easily, it's light but gives good coverage. It's factor 50 which is an essential thing for all women to prevent sun damage to the face. On my second tube, think I've found my product at the age of 62!
