It broke me out in spots, cakes in places,really disappointed as i love no7

I have been using this foundation for the past few days after a tester was given to me at the counter in boots (I’m quite pale and was advised to try porcalain which is perfect for my skin tone). I’m 20 years old and have never considered no.7 but this stuff feels amazing! When the lady at the counter tried it on me I was adamant as I knew it wasn’t full coverage and still having spots I was concerned it wasn’t going to work on me. It also made me look quite pale but as advised by the staff member, I used a lot of bronzer and topped up with concealer where necessary and it looks flawless! Usually because of my oily skin My make up tends to wear off round the nose and chin but this didn’t happen after 12 hours wear! There was no oxidising and it honestly feels like you have no Make up on it is so light on the skin. I didn’t even have to use powder to set my make up. I’ve used Clarins over my teen years and this is definitely something to consider as it isn’t as expensive and works just as good. No smell To the foundation either which usually causes a rash on my skin!

I have very Oily skin, this is so lightweight dosnt feel heavy and pore clogging, I have been wearing a factor 50 with foundation on top and it has been so heavy on my skin and has created spots/bumps, so I was so glad to see a multi purpose foundation, anti aging plus factor 50, I didn't have high hopes but thought I would give it a go on offer and I'm so glad it did, top marks 100% surpassed my expectations, and totally reccomend for oily skin, I bought it with boots translucent powder airbrush away and they go together so well

I really liked this foundation it gave excellent coverage my skin looked and felt amazing from the first use, they only negative thing was it smelled a bit chemical. Yes I would buy it again.

Passing no 7 counter in Boots today I idly glanced at the display for this and thought “nah they don’t get the shades right” - however a lovely assistant immediately cane up to me and offered to analyse my skin tone. I now have a foundation texture I’d have previously rejected (medium coverage) in a shade I’d never have chosen on my own (cool ivory) and can honestly say my skin looks incredible - better than it has for years with a lovely healthy glow without all the palaver of highlighter, primer etc. No lines, no creasing, no settling into pores or dry patches- all of which I normally expect. Unbelievable- what a discovery!

I’ve been wearing this product for over a week now and I am very happy with it. After a busy day of work and a cocktail event yesterday (one of those days of straight from one into the other- touch up the lipstick and ready to go days) I feel asleep in full makeup (I know - really bad!). Just looked in the mirror and can’t believe how perfect my foundation looks 20 hours later. No oilyness, good coverage and no redness. I could (but I won’t - obviously!) wear it again right now

I have many premium brand foundations but this knocks them out of the ballpark. It is very buildable so, can be used for a light wash of colour to more coverage. It looks natural, giving my skin a healthy glow. It doesn’t feel like I’m wearing any foundation.

I really wish they would make shades for fairer skins This would be lovely if they did.

I am always cautious about trying new products out... So far i love it. I am not finishing the day with oily greasy skin. I usually cannot wait to take my foundation off but this is great! It is smooth, not sticky and makes my skin feel a lot better. I struggle with bad skin so was weary seeing its an all in one foundation.

I was given a sample of this foundation in Calico. Skin: My skin is quite dry, mainly around my nose, mouth and my cheeks. The rest of my face is normal. I have some areas with larger pores, a bit of redness on my cheeks and in my late 30s starting to see some lines, especially on my forehead. I generally apply No7 P&P serum and a variety of moisturisers before my make up. I use a colour correcting primer as well. The foundation: The P&Pa foundation is a little bit thicker than the Stay Perfect, Protect and Perfect and Hydraluminous foundations. It applied really well with a damp make up sponge and gave me medium coverage. It blurred smaller imperfections but I could still see my skin and some redness on my cheeks showing through. I checked if it was buildable and I had no issues there, although I preferred the look with just a single application. I found the foundation to dry pretty quick and applied a matte powder to set. The finish is natural, a touch dewy. I applied a little bit of highlighter to get a more luminous finish. The foundation did not settle in my pores or lines. It wore a little thin on my chin after a day at work, but I do touch my chin quite a lot. The foundation held up really well overall. I am really impressed with this foundation and love how natural it looks. I can't comment on any skin improvements because I have only used it 2 days, but I am happy with the SPF 50. I took a picture using flash and I didn't look like ghost, so that's all good too. I am definitely buying this foundation. I wasn't impressed with the Hydraluminous foundation which I tried a few months ago. I felt it emphasised my dry skin areas. This new foundation is much more suited to my dry skin.
