Bought this 3 weeks ago, very disappointed, no improvement at in in brown marks. However I did use it on dark circles under the eye as another review had written and it definitely helps with that, otherwise don’t waste your money.

Bought this 2 months ago & it's not made the slightest difference in pigmentation. Can't believe Boots are still selling it. It has put me off all No7, because it seems their advisors are trained to lie. They tell you that, as advertised, you'll see visible results in 2 weeks. When you don't, they tell you it's unreasonable to expect it to work in such a short period & you need to use it for many months. Beyond disappointed...feel totally let down.

I have been using this the last three months to try and lighten pigmentation from acne medication. I was so hopeful this would at least improve and lessen the dark spots i have, but not even in the slightest so disappointed such a waste of time and money!

I used this serum as directed for two months. There was absolutely no change to my age spots. Very expensive mistake.

I bought one and made no difference. Spoke to Boot’s No 7 assistant who assured me it took time. So I bought another one. No change. It’s expensive and I’m rather fed up that I wasted so much money. Would not recommend to anyone.

I purchased product and then realised considering the price I should have read reviews before buying. I therefore went on to the Boots website and was horrified to see that I had probably wasted my money as the majority of the reviews were dreadful. I returned the product to Boots unopened and was able to get a refund after explaining my concerns to the sales assistant. She was very helpful and suggested that I try a sample pot to see how I got on with it. I had enough of the product to try it on just one dark spot on my face which resulted in this one dark spot becoming even more pronounced and difficult to cover up with makeup. I am really annoyed about this obviously and don't understand how Boots can continue to sell this product.

I bought this serum to target a particularly prominent dark spot on my face. Having followed the instructions to the letter and having used up all the serum, there is no visible difference.

I bought this after it was recommended by the No7 lady in store, she said they had lots of positive customer feedback on how good the product is. As I have several dark sun/age spots on my face I thought I'd try it, but after using as directed I can see no difference at all. The applicator is not brilliant, it is difficult to avoid getting the product onto surrounding skin, I found the product seemed to 'split' having a watery liquid coming out first & it felt very sticky once it was applied/dried.... Sorry Boots, but as a loyal customer of your No7 range of products this one falls well short. I would definitely NOT buy it again.

Fell for the hype regarding this wonder product and so purchased it. Have been using the product as instructed twice a day for about 5-6 weeks and it hasn't made one jot of difference. Waste of money.
