I bought this 2 weeks ago as had noticed my jaw line and neck were looking a bit saggy after losing a few pounds .. I am really pleased with the results as the skin on my neck is definitely tighter and my jaw line more defined . I was getting a bit self conscious of my neck and this has done the trick. I use it morning and night then apply my usual moisturiser .

Haven't noticed a difference. Save your money. It also leaves white stuff and blobs around your face. I will stick to the other no7 products.

I ordered this online had it for a week I defo feel my skin changing I do notice that it removes all dead skin which is brill I defo see the difference when I have no makeup on that my skin looks good and that’s just after one week the tube has small metal balls that you roll over your neck and face once you have squeezed a small amount of product out

I only tried this yesterday woke this morning and face feels so fresh and a glow can not wait to see the differnce in 2 weeks some people are saying it peels off u only need a pea size and i massaged it in for 10mins all over my face will deffo buy again

Only had the product for a week. Product seems ok so far, but fail to see the purpose of the applicator if you then use fingers in the end. Given up on applicator, just massaging with fingers. Applicator not needed

Perhaps this is a good product but it comes with inadequate instructors. It says turn to ON without saying where that is. And I can't see to pump any product out of the tube.

I started using this back in May. I can definitely see a big difference. My skin on my neck and face looks smoother and fresher and my jaw line is especially improved. Love it.

I have been using this product since it was launched and it has certainly made my skin look a lot firmer and tigher.

I've never left a review for a beauty product before. I've never found one that makes much difference and have gone high end and low. But to my amazement this has really worked for me. I'm 57, not overweight, skin starting to sag a bit since the menopause and I could see the difference after a week. Really see it. Now into the second week it keeps on getting better. I don't look 10 years younger or anything, but the skin under my neck has smoothed and tightened a lot, and the lines on either side of my mouth, and my cheeks are just sleeker. I look well slept and maybe two years younger. A couple of people have said to me in the last week, 'you look really well'. Maybe I should bulk buy in case they stop the line at some point!
