I bought this 2 weeks ago as had noticed my jaw line and neck were looking a bit saggy after losing a few pounds .. I am really pleased with the results as the skin on my neck is definitely tighter and my jaw line more defined . I was getting a bit self conscious of my neck and this has done the trick. I use it morning and night then apply my usual moisturiser .

Haven't noticed a difference. Save your money. It also leaves white stuff and blobs around your face. I will stick to the other no7 products.

I ordered this online had it for a week I defo feel my skin changing I do notice that it removes all dead skin which is brill I defo see the difference when I have no makeup on that my skin looks good and that’s just after one week the tube has small metal balls that you roll over your neck and face once you have squeezed a small amount of product out

I only tried this yesterday woke this morning and face feels so fresh and a glow can not wait to see the differnce in 2 weeks some people are saying it peels off u only need a pea size and i massaged it in for 10mins all over my face will deffo buy again

A few weeks ago I noticed some wrinkles in my neck, so I googled best neck firming lotion and this was the first in my search. I bought it and used as directed. Within 4 days the wrinkles were gone I tell all my girls about this product I give it a 5 star rating. The best firming product out there.

I’m a bit sceptical about how effective all the gimmicky serums on the market are. After using this though, my skin feels invigorated and I do think it’s having a positive effect. My skin seems to be smoother and more hydrated, so overall I’m really pleased with this. I like the balls as a way of distributing the serum as they almost seem to wake my skin up. At times though if I apply my daily makeup on top, it can go a bit flaky. I think though that I didn’t give it time to soak in properly though
