THE USED JUST THE PRODUCT AS ADVISED BY THE ASSISTANT IN STORE AND LEFT IT TO BE ABSORBED BUT FOUND THAT IT JUST SAT ON MY SKIN. TOOK A WHILE UNTIL DRY, AND YOU COULD RUB IT OFF. MY SKIN LOOKED SHINY LIKE I HAD LEFT A GEL MASK ON!

Bought this product costing £38 after seeing the reviews. Have used it as directed for a month and can see no difference whatsoever. Complete waste of money

I have been using No7 for years & love there make up but I have tried both the firming serum is rubbish not seen a difference at all & you say this is clinically tested!!!! What on 30 yr olds whose very fine lines are just appearing!! & I spent £38 on this product certainly won’t be wasting my money again not happy at all with this product

The product goes on well and leaves the skin feeling smooth and soft. However it does not work well with foundation-the product causes it to ‘peel’ and leaves an uneven surface. I had to remove it and start again. Will use as a night serum but disappointed with the product

I bought this with high hopes, but find whatever I do it just pills and peels off my face. I've tried using less, also using it and then waiting to apply moisturiser and makeup, and even just patting it in and waiting. I exfoliate regularly and double cleanse and it makes no difference to application. I think the formula is faulty and I certainly would not buy this again. Also the application bobbly thing is a gimmick.

I've been using this product since the day it was launched it's just like all the other serums I'll finish using it but won't be buying anymore I really can't notice a difference.
