I really love the Restore & Renew range and find if I only leave it off for one day I can see the difference. However this product and the one that supposed to treat lines I have found absolutely useless. I used three of the line one and there was absolutely no difference at all. This product was the same. Certainly not going to buy another two as I did before. Very disappointing. If I could give zero stars I would.

I bought this over a month ago and have used it morning and night. It is completely USELESS. No difference whatsoever, no firming of skin nothing. I am very disappointed it was a waste of money, £38!

THE USED JUST THE PRODUCT AS ADVISED BY THE ASSISTANT IN STORE AND LEFT IT TO BE ABSORBED BUT FOUND THAT IT JUST SAT ON MY SKIN. TOOK A WHILE UNTIL DRY, AND YOU COULD RUB IT OFF. MY SKIN LOOKED SHINY LIKE I HAD LEFT A GEL MASK ON!

I have been using No7 for years & love there make up but I have tried both the firming serum is rubbish not seen a difference at all & you say this is clinically tested!!!! What on 30 yr olds whose very fine lines are just appearing!! & I spent £38 on this product certainly won’t be wasting my money again not happy at all with this product

The product goes on well and leaves the skin feeling smooth and soft. However it does not work well with foundation-the product causes it to ‘peel’ and leaves an uneven surface. I had to remove it and start again. Will use as a night serum but disappointed with the product

I was recommended this to deal with some sagginess around my jaw line following weight loss. I have applied it every morning and evening for about 4 weeks and haven't noticed any difference at all. I'm not naive enough to imagine it would get rid of it, but expected some improvement. Waste of money for me. On the plus side, I havent had any flaking or peeling as some other reviewers have mentioned.

Again another great product in a daft bottle with ball bearings in! Two of the ball bearings fell out - who needs this nonsense! Just give up the serum in a normal tube without all this twisting, turning etc. These are for mature people who do not need these gimmicks. Put faith in your product - and shoot the packaging designers.
