I was so disappointed with this brush. It was harsh and the hairs didn't move enough to be able to apply the make up properly. It left streaks. Poor quality for No7.

I wanted to see if I should buy another thinking that my brush hairs falling out may have been a one off, but it turns out loads of other people had this issue too! I won’t be buying another after all.

I find this brush a little too soft, it doens't give me the control I'd like

I bought this as a replacement for some of my older foundation brushes that were No7. I really like the newer handles on them as my old ones paint has all chipped off. The only thing I'd really like to see in them is what the brush is for written on the handles like the older ones used to... It helps when using the concealer brush as it could be mistaken for an eye brush.

Good brush until all the bristles start falling out

had noticed that while I was applying foundation every time at least 3 or 4 strands came out and stuck to my face but when I was washing the brush at least half of the strands came out in a huge clump. Very unhappy

I was sent this brush to try. Normally I apply foundation with a sponge but was delighted to give this foundation brush a go. I found I used the same amount of foundation as I normally use when applying with a sponge but when using the brush you can concentrate on areas needing more coverage rather than just sweeping the same amount all over your face. The results are much better, a better finish and I think, longer lasting. The only downside, as far as I'm concerned, is that it takes a minute or two longer to apply than when using a sponge.

I have used quite a few foundation brushes in the past and this is one of the best. It has a sleek and professional aesthetic, soft bristles and is a decent size. Application of foundation is easy with this brush. I dispense some product onto the back of my hand and apply it little by little to my face, gently buffing the foundation into my skin as I go. This creates a smooth, streak free, high coverage result with a professional and flawless finish. I also find that my foundation lasts longer when applied with this brush rather than the fingertips. The brush is easily cleaned with a gentle soap or baby shampoo. Make sure you reshape the bristles of the brush after cleaning so that it maintains its efficiency. The downside of this brush to me is the price. I have used other brushes that cost considerably less that have given me a similar result.

I have several foundation brushes, depending on the type of coverage and finish I'm looking for. This one looked promising but it failed to deliver. The bristles are extremely close together, resulting in too much product being soaked up. It applies very streakily and it needs an awful lot of blending. Because the bristles are so dense, it is really a pain to clean. You either end up with foundation between bristles (definitely not good) or you have to kind of destroy the brush to get it all out. I'm also not a fan of the handle design. It's fine for storing flat but not so comfortable when it comes to grip. I'm disappointed as I expected better design from No 7.

i find this brush ok for travelling etc but it wouldn't replace my everyday brush. I prefer a longer handle if I'm using a brush but usually i prefer to use a damp sponge, I find that I get a better finish this way.
