This was my go to eye loner for the past 6 years, i always line my upper lash line and go through the whole day without it smudging! i recently came back from my honey moon to find No7 have changed the product, not only does it look different but its changed too! i gave it the tested this out and within hours it smudged, even my husband and mum noticed! the eye liner is much more softer in texture now, i guess it might be good if your creating a smokey look but as a daily eye liner its not very good. ive been hunting all the boots stores for the old eyeliners but have yet to find any, however i have managed to find some online which ive purchased to stock up on as i can no longer purchase it. really upset about this! tried to locate contact details to write to No7 but unable to find any. =(

I wear black eyeliner every day so have tried quite a few of them! I usually swear by liquid so I was interested to see if this pencil would convert me, it didn't. Although its a soft liner which applies easily, and did last most of the day (although it did fade in the corners of my eyes) I didn't think it was any better than other brands which are as much as half the price of this.

This was really easy to apply, sharp lines but easy to smudge. The colour is really intense black. It lasted from morning until dinner, then needed touching up.

i was quite disappointed with this eye pencil as it didn't stay on like it was supposed to. glides on easily but for me it didn't last so i wouldn't buy it again.

This is a really good eyeliner as must for your makeup bag. It is easy to apply and glides on effortlessly. I found some eyeliner s make my eyes react to them but I had no issues with this one, it lasts well too and doesn't take forever to remove. All in all a really good eyeliner and value for money.

Been using pencil eyeliner for many years now and, trust me, 15 year old goth me would have gone crazy for this. It's easily smudged for a smokey effect, great for my overly sensitive eyes, the colour is very bold (I got this in a staple black) and very long lasting (in my experience anyway) Overall, a great eye pencil and very impressed, especially for the cheap price!

i have tried the previous no7 eye pencils and these improved version is a define improvement. They glide on smoothly and don't drag on the skin, only downfall is that they smudge throughout the day so if using it for lower lid i would avoid unless you intend to wear for a few hours. Other wise good eyeliner.

I have been using this eye pencil for a while now and I thought it was just going to be the same as any other eye pencil however the colour lasts a long time and is really easy to put on as it just smoothly glides.

Asked to review this product for boots. Sent the black pencil although my colouring us a very dark brown. Black still looks good but quite a blue shade of black so would recommend sticking with dark brown if you don't usually wear black. Long lasting and smudge free.
