Had this as a freebie in the recent 241 offer, live how it goes on and stays on BUT how on earth do you sharpen it? Come on Boots, something that simple should have been 'road tested' and clearly wasnt. Shame as most of it will go to waste... not ethical either environmentally or financially!

Love this pencil for a natural bright look. It makes my eyes pop and lashes appear thicker, perfect for a natural blue eyes blond hair look.

Been using this as a staple for years as it beat anything else I tried. However the last two pencils I’ve bought have seemed softer than usual and need sharpening much more quickly than I ever had to. They have also been impossible to sharpen without using up so much of the pencil and then the way it sharpens (unevenly - same sharpener as I’ve always used so it’s not that), I end up scratching my eye with a bit of the wood from the outside. All in all, a pencil that used to last me months is lasting a couple of weeks. I’ll have to find a replacement brand, real shame.

I was a bit unsure about this product as some of the reviews aren't too good, however I am pleased to say that I love it. It's easy to use and stays on. I use the No7 sharpener to keep it pointy and it sharpens fine. It's lovely and soft and cheaper than the brand I previously used. I bought navy blue and have brown eyes. It looks lovely.

I'm pretty sure I had some of those pencils few years ago. But I think I didn't like them. But now I bought it again and I absolutely love it! I think I might go to Boots tomorrow and browse other colors they have. It glides on so smoothly and stays on all day. A bit harder to get it off. But I really like the pencil.

I received this eyeliner in a free gift after purchasing two No7 products. I have worn the eyeliner twice now. It's easy to apply, but does not last and is quite oily. Unfortunately, this product made my eyes red, sore and weepy on both occasions. I will not be using this product again.

Lovely pencil, gives good results BUT it can't be sharpened & therefore doesn't last long. Looking at previous reviews, this issue has been going on for YEARS but it seems Boots have not resolved it & continue to sell the product! Poor show Boots!

This is the best eyeliner I've ever used,and I'm 47,it glides across your eyes lovely and precise,I bought this in black and navy and I will be using no7 from now on.

Glides on so smooth stays all day and looks amazing all day. Can do multiple looks with it including smokey and I can sharpen mine fine I recommend benefits sharpener it has three sharpening options to choose from.

I bought this product a couple of weeks ago and the liner appears to be dried up. I have to press it hard on my hand to get any liner out. It's then difficult to transfer. The tip is quite hard so pressing it close to my eye is not recommended as it slides and risks serious harm to my eye. After a while I can get more liner out if I use the tip sideways but this creates a thick, difficult to control line. Insufficient product testing has been done Boots!
