This eye pencil is unusable. It is so hard the pressure needed to apply would cause harm. I have used other stay perfect products and recommended them to friends but this is the worst eye pencil I have ever bought. I am very disappointed to see on this website the many and universal bad reviews .... Why is it still on the shelves???

Absolute rubbish and waste of £££!! Do not buy this. The pencil is so hard that it doesn't work on the delicate eye area, only works on paper!!

Dont waste your money, doesnt work at all. Very disapounting...i bought this for my first nite out in 2yrs (had twins) n ended up using my old one :-(

not impressed pencil very hard have to press forcefully for any colour which is not appropriate around the eyes - been left sitting unused in make up box

Don't know why they have changed a perfectly good eye pencil to this plastic item that doesn't leave enough colour on the eye as it used to.

I hate to say this because I love No7! This product is awful! I have to press down really hard to use it (which bruises my eyes) and even then it hardly shows up and it flakes. It's not worth the money and I would not buy this product again. Sorry No7!

tried this product in the shop seemed okay.. when I tried it at home I found the nib to be hard and scratchy on the eyes not very soft in texture, does not deliver much in the colour. Very frustrating as everything else bought at the same time was fine. Wish I had stuck with my YSL eye liner much creamer texture and smooth to apply.

You have to practically drag your eyelids to get any colour from this pencil. I ordered it by mistake, as I wanted the green Naturals Collection pencil which is amazing! This Stay Perfect eye pencil is absolutely terrible...I even wondered if I was using it wrong and it had to be wet, but no...it simply is impossible to get any colour from it...in the bin it goes!!!

I brought two of these, blue and black as were on offer, I can use neither as no colour comes off at all, at £6.5 there were not the cheapest eye pencil, I really rate number 7 makeup and was so disappointed when I got home and tried it, what a waste of money
