Radiant Results Nourishing Cleansing Lotion 200ml

I was taken a little by surprise when I went to my local Boots store for my usual cleansing products to find, what I’d usually used for many many years (probably from when they were first launched), had been taken off the shelf to be replaced by completely new & updated products...No 7 Radiant Results!! I’ve always used Soft & Soothed cleanser & toner due to my very sensitive skin & these products have been absolutely superb from not drying out my skin unlike other very highend products...the shock of being told it wasn’t available was an understatement to say the least!!!...I was advised to try No 7 Radiant Results Nourishing Cleansing Lotion & Revitalising Toning Water. I’d like to say I’m extremely impressed with these products...although hesitant at first due to my sensitivity, I tried the cleanser with my normal Soft & Soothed toner I still have left & had no skin issues, the next day I tried both the new products & was left with a clear, glowing, soft hydrated complexion...very impressed!! Although the cleanser has a slight fragrance it’s not over powering...it has a lovely smooth texture that glides over the skin removing all traces of makeup effortlessly & because I have had no reaction whatsoever...extremely relieved to know I can continue with my fav No 7 & not have to start on the merry-go-round finding an alternative cleansing product. So, for anyone hesitant due to sensitivity, I would suggest asking the assistant to kindly put some in a sample pot to try beforehand (as I did for peace of mind) & I’m well pleased with the results.

I have used the pink No7 cleanser for many, many years and have always been really happy with it. I purchased the radiant results lotion but it causes my skin to sting every time I use this. I thought it would improve but after a week it is still the same. Unfortunately I am going to have to try something else.

I bought this as the apparently improved replacement to the absolutely excellent pink cleansing lotion, which not only cleansed your face but removed makeup effortlessly. A Boots No 7 fan for years this new product caused an awful skin reaction - a recurrence of eczema - not had it for years, took ages to clear. Nor did it clear makeup quickly or efficiently. Very disappointed. Sorry, Boots - I will be taking up another brand until or unless you bring back the pink formula. Really - why change what works for the sake of it? Bring out a second product but don't replace an excellent one.

I have used the Pink Soft and Smooth for years and was very happy with it so was devastated when I couldn't find it and after searching the store to find someone to ask was told no longer available so I bought this one instead. Which I shall be returning as to my surprise I found it was perfumed and I am allergic to perfume but regardless of this I tried it only to find my face started. stinging and my eyes watered so this is definitely a No No for me. So please do not start adding perfume to any of your other products as I'm not alone in this allergy.

This product left my skin sore and dull. The pink no7 Soft and Sooothed was the best cleanser my friends and I have ever used infact it was even better than some of the high end products out there. So sad it’s no longer available and going by the majority of the reviews many would agree that it should be brought back,just charge a little more Boots if it’s about the money.You should still keep the other cleansers on your shelf too as some customers have got used to them so it wouldn’t be fair for them to be replaced.We are your customers, the voice so please hear us all.Thank you X

I used the pink cleanser from no7 for years and loved how it worked with my sensitive skin. I got so many compliments on how clear my skin was. I tried this new product the last 2 weeks and found my skins condition has deteriorated and nothing will fix it. So upset that this pink cleanser has been discontinued. I will no longer purchase a no7 skin product.
