I enjoyed using this cleanser. It removed all of my makeup and left my skin feeling clean and radiant. I do wish it was safe to use on the eyes as I then had to go in with another cleanser to remove eye makeup.

I ordered this product on 01.09.25, I am writing this review today on 16.09.25 with no product delivered and no refund in process. The customer care team are awful at responding, I have had another 2 packages shipped to give No7 and their courier company another chance as parcels go missing in transit but this is beyond a joke. Do not order!

I have been using this cleanser for a few months now and I love it. It doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin and it’s smells lovely too. Cleanses, tones and gently exfoliates in one, leaving my skin feeling hydrated and smooth ready for serum & moisturiser. Highly recommend.

Initial thought was it has a really strong fragrance. Doesn't take off make up, followed the instructions on the label, however no make up would come off, I don't even wear alot of make up. Once I removed my make up using another product. I used this cleansing water and straight away felt it sting a little. Woke up the next say with my skin feeling tight, sore and peeling. I have redness all over and unable to wear any make up as its too sore and becomes patchy. Do not recommend especially if you have sensitive skin. I find it alarming it has a hazards and cautions warning on its label. I now know why this can cause sensitivity to the sun. It peels of your skin.

By simply using a soaked cotton ball, the amount of dead skin sloughed off is amazing. I liked the fact this product cleanses and tones at once. My face feels fresh and smooth, ready for my serums. This is also terrific to use during the day especially during hot summer days in the desert. It doesn't dry out with skin irritants like strong alcohol. A light floral fragrance, but nothing over powering or lingering. This product is great- especially for after the gym! It doesn't strip your face and leaves a nice smooth finish.
