JUST RETURNED OFF HOLIDAY THURSDAY GREAT PROTECECTION LOVELY TAN NO BURNING USED FACTOR 30 & 15 BUT THE PUMP SPRAY ON BOTH BOTTLES ONLY WORKED AFTER BEEN USED TWICE NOT A PROBLEM UNSCREWING TOO OFF TO USE PRODUCT BUT REALLY IF SAYS SPRAY THEN THATS WHAT IT SHOULD DO

Bought it because I like a sun cream that can be sprayed on.... this one can't! Having just read other reviews, it seems to have been a problem for years. Why hasn't it been sorted?

Think this product is really good. But spoilt by pump spray bottle not working after using just twice. So is very annoying having to unscrew bottle and tip into hands Instead of a quick spray as advertised. Hope boots change packaging as otherwise would be 5 stars.

I have been using this product for at least 2 years. I love the lotion but have had to return bottles as sometime the pump does not seem to function. I have tried cutting off the bottom of the pump plastic tube, cleaning it all out etc etc. I am on holiday On my way! And the first bottle was absolutely fine. The second bottle would not work so I swapped over the pumps and it still wouldn't work. I HAVE COME TO THE CONCLUSION IT IS THE LOTION WHICH IS AT FAULT AND FOR SOME REASON SOME IS THICKER THAN OTHERS BOOTS CAN YOU PLEASE COMMENT. I REALLY LIKE USING THE LOTION AND WANT TO CARRY ON USING IT.

Used this product on a recent holiday. Spray did not work so had to unscrew lid and attempt to pour product into the palm of my hand. Plus side nice smell and protected well

First of all, yes, the spray nozzle is a pile of pants, and the item really should be put in a tube like the after sun. However, if you avoid using the spray nozzle in the first instance, and unscrew the top from the word go, it is a great product. I have used this product for the last two summers, in the uk and abroad. When I first put it on, it did indeed go gloopy and a little bit like PVA glue. Then I realised that I was applying too much. I found a few 10p size blobs does a full size 14 body without any burning. I am also fair skinned and freckled, I found the SPF 15 kept me protected throughout my holiday, after following the guidelines on the back of the bottle. I have also bought the same sunscreen for this years holiday.

Used this product on my recent holiday. It is so thick and gloopy, impossible to spray it. I had to remove the top and shake the lotion out. The product does work - but there clearly is a problem. So many reviews saying same thing- come on BOOTS GET IT SORTED

This was in the beauty box last year and just had chance to use it. It gave good coverage. It wasn't sticker and went on well. Tanned nicely without burning. Would definitely buy again. But the pump does not work! Very annoying. I had to remove the pump and apply by putting it in my hands. Hence it lost stars. Seems to be a common problem. Time to put it in a tube.... please.

Why go the trouble of developing really good advanced sun care when the pump doesn't work: it managed half an arm before giving up completely. MOST frustrating.

Recently returned from holiday abroad and used this cream for the first time! After 5 days in the sun, I have returned home with a lovely tan and NOT burnt once?! I loved it and defo using again!
