Men Protect & Perfect Intense ADVANCED Serum 30ml

I'd heard about this product and reading the reviews I noticed that most of those who claimed it worked were in the 24-35 group. In all honesty when I was in that age range I can't remember noticing that many lines and wrinkles never mind being worried about them so much I'd need to fill them in so I thought, at the ripe old age of 46, I'd give it a test on my now ageing face. I have quite bad skin, greasy in some parts, dry in others, if I don't keep on top of it I get red marks on each the side of my nose and occasional spots - overall it didn't look great. Before the test I was using a Simple facewash and moisturiser in the morning. So… I've been using this stuff for over 2 months now day and night before moisturising as instructed. Here's the results: Is the serum 'Easily absorbed instantly leaving skin feeling firmer, smoother and looking healthier' Actually, yes it is. It says use a single pump which isn't much but is enough to cover my face and neck, and once it's on is easily absorbed and doesn't feel greasy at all. "After just 2 weeks use, skin looks younger, feels lifted and skin texture feels improved." Yes, my skin looks a lot better, much clearer than it has for a long time. "In 4 weeks, deep lines, wrinkles and even pores appear visibly reduced" Poppycock. I have deep lines and wrinles around my eyes and after 2 months solid use they're exactly the same. I doubt very much there is a product you can pick up in the high street that would defy the ageing process. "After 2 months continued use, over three quarters of men agreed this was the best anti-ageing product they had ever used" It's made my skin appear much better, but I'm not convinced about the acclaimed anti-ageing properties. Perhaps it's too late for me! I'm on my second bottle now. I reckon one lasts about 5 weeks. I'll probably keep using it for a while longer but I think long-term I'd be better off putting that £25 a month into a pension so I can enjoy being old and wrinkled a little bit more.

I've been using this for over a week now just around the outer edges of my eyes. As the name suggests it is an intense serum and you certainly don't have to use very much to feel the application. Very hydrating and does tighten the skin to reduce the wrinkle appearances. Probably not the best if you have very oily skin but seems to work well with me.

I’m 61 and this product works really well. To the people who say it doesn’t last, I’ll pass on the tip I got from the Boots sales assistant, who told me: “Don’t slap this on like moisturiser. It’s not moisturiser. It’s there to provide a thin key for moisturiser to go on top. A little goes a long way. Imagine you’re putting on a layer one micron thick, like a painter putting on a key coat before the gloss. Put a blob the size of a red lentil on your fingertip and that should be enough for one covering.” I have followed his advice and it has worked perfectly. Each bottle lasts two and a half months. Anything shorter and you’re using too much.

I never had terrible skin as a teenager or in my 20's but now I'm in my mid 30's I was conscious of taking better care and preventing it from going South. I swear that this product works. It has improved the condition of my skin beyond belief. It's clearer and brighter and I don't see any development of the crows feet on my eye area. If anything, the lines have softened. I never wash my face and I've since learnt moisturising is futile for skin as well. I just get out the shower and slap this on and I'm happy. Improves skin appearance dramatically as far as I'm concerned. Buy it!

This product is amazing. I'm 22 and have been using it since I was 19. I've seen the research in the British Journal of Dermatology because I was sceptical as to whether it worked or not. But it really really does. After a week or two my face looks noticeably different, most stinkingly is my dark circles. Almost gone! I look 16 again. The bad thing is that as soon as I stop using it, after a week or two my face looks tired and drawn, dark circles return. So my plan is, if I use it forever, I'll look like this forever too! haha. My advice is, and for every product is. YOU MUST USE IT TWICE A DAY, EVERYDAY. You will never see results with any product if you don't use it religiously. You're wasting your money using it a few days a week when you remember or could be bothered. Everyday is everything.

The bottle has a pump so there is no messing and means little oxidisation of the product. It’s small to carry (great for travelling), looks cool and lasts well over 6 weeks. I use only half a pump as a full pump is too much for me to use. The product spreads out evenly over the face & neck and instantly absorbs. Immediately my skin feels hydrated, radiant and smooth. I use this after a hot shower as I feel it gives me more hydration and skin feels softer. After a few weeks use (twice a day; morning & night with the face cream and eye cream) I noticed that my forehead lines were less visible, skin looked vibrant and of course younger looking. I do find over constant use that my skin gets used to the product, so every 6 months I give my skin a break for a couple of weeks before using it again. This product is great for men like me who are maintaining what they have got, preventing the signs of ageing and diminishing the early signs of ageing. Let’s hope I never have to go on the ‘Intense’ version of the serum :) The products are slightly over-priced but recently I got a £5 voucher and it was 3 for 2, so managed to get a good deal… oh and the advantage points!
