- Don't rub this face wash straight onto your skin, lather it up in your hands first.
- Avoid scrubbing too hard.
- Apply to wet face with gentle circular movements for at least 30 seconds, then rinse thoroughly.
- Used this way, the formula will leave skin feeling really clean without drying or irritation.
- Once or twice a week use Energising Face Scrub to give skin extra deep clean and clear away the dull cells on its surface.
- This should make shaving easier too.

Received a free sample of this product and I wasn't sure what to think at first. I'd never been drawn to using No7 products before. However, this product has definitely changed my mind, I use it every day and it makes my face feel soft and clean. I would really recommend.

I've used this for many years now and use daily. Great clean skin afterwards. Fine for sensitive skin. Would recommend moisturising stealth afterwards to prevent dryness.

I have used this product for number of years; but the last couple of tubes were below par. Firstly the hole in which the product came out was to small. Once widened it worked, but the product seems to have separated in the tube (despite shaking before use). So you have a grainy texture to start reducing to a thick liquid as you use the product.

Use this and the scrub all the time. Cleanses very well without the dryness or tightness I get from many other products. Would prefer a lower normal price than having to wait for half prices.
