After a few months of having good ones, these have gone back to being horrible and clumpy. Do better No7!

Boots.com review I have bought this mascara for years - it was the only one that worked for me and was brilliant. Now, the brush hardly loads anything, and the whole thing dries out within days of first use. I bought a couple more in case I had received an ‘off’ one but nope - all the same, all a waste of money and a real disappointment. Not lengthening at all, apart from the colour it makes no difference. I’ll be going elsewhere

Boots.com review I stopped buying this when they changed the formula and packaging because it changed its performance completely I felt. I bought one and got one half price when it had changed to the new formula and packaging it’s currently in and it was so bad I contacted head office and told them it was bone dry when I got it from Ealing Broadway. I binned both. So many people have asked for it to return to what it was why won’t they put their hand up and accept their product is not an improvement. Please look again at this formula it was perfect before the change and I would happy have paid more for it to have stayed the same.

Boots.com review Used this mascara for years was great, but new formula is absolute rubbish. Not waterproof and flakes of lashes when dried. Extremely disappointed. Will be looking for another brand to buy as this is now a waste of money.

Boots.com review Like other reviewers I'm not happy with the recent change in formulation. I've bought this mascara consistently for many years. It used to be a lovely product, smooth to apply and didn't budge. However my most recent one with the new branding is dry from the outset and seems to flake off if lashes get wet. Very sad about this. Now looking for an alternative.

Easy to apply. Good colour. No smudging. Definitely makes lashes look longer. Despite being waterproof it’s easy to remove with eye makeup remover

I have tried lots of mascara and I feel this is my favourite. It gives definition to each mascara and full length. No smudges throughout the day. Great product.
