No7 Gel Finish Nail Colour Blissful 10ml

I bought 5 bottles of the Gel Finish Nail Colour in various shades. The first one I tried was very difficult to apply. It was very thick and gave uneven coverage to the nail. I applied two coats and the finish was very disappointing. By the following day the polish had flaked off four of my nails. This was not mere chipping at the nail tip, but large pieces of varnish peeling away, a couple of them were half the width of the nail. I can honestly say it was the worst polish I have ever used. I have binned the 5 bottles. I would have given zero stars had it been possible.

Best nail polish ever, lots of colours to choose from and really does NOT chip!!! Love it, love it, love it!!

Bought this in a few shades, Pink Meringue (pale pink), Neptune (dark navy), Mint Treat (mint green), Hotting Up (bright cerise pink). Bought one got one half price, or would not have bought 4 at the original price, plus the voucher in the back of the monthly mag. Absolutely delighted, nice thick polish that doesn't chip readily, with bright, quality colours. They have high pigment and a gel like shine. Pink Meringue is all I could wear for work but it has nice coverage of a pale pink and a healthy nail look. The rest all look fab on my toes! Easy to paint with good size brush. I will be back to stockpile! Well pleased.

Fantastic! Complete coverage in one stroke - exactly as it says on the bottle! Dry in 10 mins. Great product but more colours please!

Very disappointed. I bought 4 different colours at different times. Every time I kept thinking that it's me... I do housework, cook, wash up etc. daily, so I thought those were the reasons the colour would chip (with or without gel top coat). I love No.7 products usually, so kept going back for their gel nail colour, but kept getting disappointed . Then I bought gel varnish from another brand and it stayed on for days, then tried another brand and that stayed on for days (both brands were cheaper). So will not recommend or use No.7 gel colour again.

I used the shade Neptune (a beautiful Smokey blueish grey) and added the No7 stay perfect glitter shade In the stars on top to create a stunning metallic blue manicure. After a few HOURS 1 of my nails was already chipped. I hadn't yet used a top coat so I gave it the benefit of doubt, tidied up the chipped nail and added a gel coat (from another brand but one I've used many times and never had any issues with) 24 hours later and 7 of my nails are chipped, most of the polish on my thumbnail has flaked off entirely. I have never ever used a polish with such poor quality or staying power. The actual consistency of the polish is very thin and required 2 coats to get an opaque colour but I expected it to last more than a day! The shade range is beautiful, the price is reasonable but that does not excuse the appalling staying power. I would not recommend this polish and I would never buy this again!!

Horrible polish. I gave up after 3 attempts at application. Thick and gloopy. Looked awful.

Worse nail polish I have ever used. Put two coats on and it started coming off two hours later while packing suitcase. Will never buy again.

I purchased hotting up, deep wine and the top coat. I used my £3 off voucher and it was on offer with buy one get second half price. It's smooth and covers well with one application. I've had it on for 7 days with no chipping or wearing. I just reapplied the top coat after a few days to bring back the shine.

With lockdown closing nail salons again, I’ve turned to doing my own nails and this polish in the shade Midnight is my absolute favourite. It lasts about a week before it starts to chip (unlike most which might last a day for me) and dries so fast! It can literally take me 15 minutes to paint and dry. It’s so easy to apply and looks great too!
