I have been using this product for two weeks around my jaw line and can see a definate improvement in the firmness of my skin in that area. It comes with an easy to use applicator and hardly adds any time at all to my daily skincare routine.

I only got this on Saturday and have followed instructions but I find It just Peel back off when I put my Moisturizer on

I bought this product a few days ago.. and as I followed the instructions to the letter was vert surprised that the product went into tiny balls and came off with my normal serum which was applied on top and all so my make up! I can see that you have replied to other complaints on this and advised not to use to much, but I'm sorry to say that it still pills on your skin directly you put on you usual serum and make up. Needless to say I am very disappointed with this product, and will not be using this again! Feeling annoyed as £38:00 is a lot of money for me to Wast.

I have been using this serum over 5 days, too soon to expect any visible results - but my issue is that when I apply the serum wait at least 40 minutes for it to absorb and then apply my usual light moisturiser followed by my liquid foundation, I have found my foundation feels more like an exfoliation and comes off with a peel like effect - evening use is fine but very disappointed when using at the start of the day - I’m sure this will be a great product but not if you need to use a foundation on top of it during the day - very disappointed as this is not an inexpensive No.7 product

I use exactly as instructed but it just sits on the skin no matter how long I wait before applying my moisturiser and make up. Expensive mistake for me - back to Estee!
