Biodegradable Cleansing Wipes 30S

I have always used these wipes. A fab product now ruined by ‘over engineering’. I cannot believe that Boots do not seem to understand that us women like to stay with make up products for a long time..... when we have found ones that suit us. You have our loyalty. But clearly the reverse is not true. You have ruined these wipes. They now bear no resemblance to the previous product. They are very dry. They drag the skin around the eye when trying to remove ‘even waterproof mascara’. The wipes are smaller. They do not refresh the skin and certainly do not give radiant results. You have lost me as a customer for these (and some other No 7 ‘improved’ products) (and I ALWAYS spent loads buying 3 for 2 all the time)............ Shame, shame, shame! Do you actually read these reviews?

I like these wipes and they cleanse very well. The only gripe I have is with the price. I only ever buy them when I have a £5 coupon.

I have used no7’s wipes for years and loved them however tried these since they have replaced my usual ones. These wipes are no where near as nice as the Quick Thinking 4-in-1 wipes. They are far too dry and do not remove waterproof makeup as easily. They do not leave my skin feeling hydrated or radiating. Will need to find new wipes as these are disappointing.

I have been enjoying these wipes for years (as my Boots card will confirm) but with the new branding and increased price, I'm really not sure what has happened to them, much drier and harsh on the skin ☹️ Maybe it's back to Simple ?

Have been using the beautiful skin wipes for years... these bring me out in a terrible rash and I won't be buying again...I'm off to find something better..

These wipes are awful, very dry and not as moisturizing as the old ones. Also smaller. Why do you have to change things. I have used No 7 products for years, but their quality has gone very poor.

Really disappointed with these - especially as they're so much more expensive than other brands. I tried to use them to remove make up and (non-waterproof) mascara and it didn't budge at all. The wipes are nowhere near damp enough so you end up having to scrub your face quite hard to get make up off. The cloths themselves don't feel particularly nice on the skin either. I felt like my face was quite sore after using them. Won't be buying them again I'm afraid!

I'm really surprised to see some negative reviews for this product as to me - they're the best wipes I have ever used! I agree they're not soaked in liquid, but they don't need to be as they're so effective. They remove waterproof mascara instantly and when I use my toner soaked cotton wool pad afterwards, barely a trace of make-up is left on my face removing the need to double cleanse. I do agree they're prohibitively expensive which is shame, but this is slightly offset by the 3 for 2 offer which is frequently on, plus no need to double cleanse. All in all, you appear to get what you pay for.

I have always bought No7 skin products, and the wipes are ideal for travelling . The old wipes used to be brilliant. Now, since rebranding about 12 months ago, they are getting awful, to the point of having to be thrown away. I only wear no7 tinted moisturiser and waterproof mascara. They no longer remove all mascara and my skin felt like all the moisture had been sucked out of it, I had to moisturise immediately after using, couldn't even brush my teeth for how painfully tight my face went. Such a shame as they used to be so good.

Had previously used these wipes have no idea what has happened to them as the last few packs i purchased seemed dry wouldn't even remove my make up so disappointed now have to try and find an alternative
