Perfect Eye Pencil
5This is the first time that I have bought a no:7 eye pencil and I think it is amazing, it stays on allay and doesn't smudge, I had read other reviews saying it wasn't easy to sharpen however I haven't had any problems,I have the Boots pencil sharpener which cost £2 so worth a try.

Breaks Easily
2Just bought two of these one navy and one purple. For me they lack colour and when eventually applied they somewhat resemble shades of grey .. also breaks easily on application and have concern for when they’re sharpened.. I’m afraid, unfortunately, it’s a disappointing purchase for me

Amazing eye pencil
5I bought this eye pencil a few weeks ago. And as all the no 7 products are that I use it really is the best one I have used. It glides on so easily and stays put all day and does not smudge. I can not not fault it. As for a problem over sharpening. I had no problem at all. The answer is to use a sharpener especially for eye pencils not any old pencil sharpener.

No7 Stay Perfect Eye Pencil - you can’t sharpen it
1Second one I’ve bought and always the same frustration - and thrown each one away. A complete waste of money as it won’t sharpen with an ordinary eye pencil sharpener. Now I’ve just read you’re supposed to buy No.7’s ‘own special sharpener’ - what a con!!! It’s not mentioned anywhere when you order the eye pencil - WHY. Shame on you No 7 I’ll not be buying from you in future.

Love this eyeliner
5I love this eyeliner. It goes on easily and is not scratch like a typical eyeliner. Some people may find it difficult to sharpen as it’s really soft but that’s what makes it easy to put on and not scratchy. It also lasts all day.

Not the best
2The pencil itself is great but that’s really no use to anyone when it continuously breaks and is impossible to sharpen, even with a top brand sharpener. I probably got about a quarter of the pencil. I bought another in case it was a one off faulty pencil and I did like the pencil but the exact same happened again. I will not be buying another.

Rubbish
1I bought this pencil as it looks like a propelling pencil. It worked well until it wore down. The bottom twists as if it is a propelling pencil but nothing happened to move the color up. I returned to the shop where the assistants were rude and told me I had to sharpen it “as its a pencil” . I have read the reviews which say it is impossible to sharpen. I want a refund.

Broke twice
1I bought this eyeliner and was disappointed to receive it completely blunt with the actual end of the pencil completely broken off when I opened it. I took the item back to one of the Boots stores where I was able to exchange it for another one, however when I opened the new one and used it, the end of the pencil broke instantly! I didn’t press it hard at all when I used the pencil so they obviously aren’t very strong and probably don’t last long... disappointing as I usually love No7 products.

cannot sharpen this
3simply impossible to sharpen this pencil so is of no use quite quickly- not sure why this is so as i see others have this problem.

Smooth and smoky
4This eyeliner glides on so easily and is really easy to blend out to get a smoky look! Really pleasantly surprised as it's much better than I would expect for a standard eyeliner pencil.
