I bought this product to try as I was going away for a wedding and did not have time to get my beautician in advance. I used one of these masks on the morning of the wedding and my skin was wonderful and I got lots of comments on how fresh I was looking.....will be ordering more.. 5 stars without hesitation

A pity you can only buy these in a box of four: I knew from the first one they were no good for me. I have used other brands of sheet masks (much cheaper) which I had been impressed with. I like No 7 skincare generally so thought it seemed a good idea. But I was sadly disappointed. These masks don't have enough product in them. Because of that fact,No 7 have come up with a hideous method of stopping them from dropping off your face. Other sheet masks I have used never drop off my face because they are saturated in product and stick well to my skin.The method of hooking these over your ears is not only fiddly but also fundamentally flawed. I don't consider my face especially unusual, but it is square shaped, meaning it is quite wide from ear to ear. It was quite difficult to stretch the mask to get the ear bits over my ears, so when they were secured there was not only a big gap in the middle of my face uncovered, but other pieces of the mask were lifted up. Well before the 20 minutes was up a lot of the mask was bone dry. (not that surprising given that it wasn't exactly drenched in product anyway).It is good that the neck has been considered in the mask but the method of securing that piece doesn't work either. Unless you're prepared to sit motionless for the whole of the 20 minutes, the sides of the neck piece roll back all the time.

Bought 3 packs on the 3 for 2 offer and so pleased I did. Fits my face perfectly, the product does penetrate my tough old skin and I love the way my neck gets attention too. I have been to generous in giving some to others to try and they loved the results...Now I have to get more:))))

Ive been using this product for some time now, if Im going somewhere special its a must! I'm 63, using the face mask literally makes my skin look years younge rtry it you will not be disappointed

Received as Xmas gift. Wasn't keen initially as mask was very close to eyes - larger openings in this area would be good. However skin felt great after use. I am a fan of Restore & Renew and will be including the in my future skin regime.

This is a pricey item but well worth the money. It is a good fit, easy to use and my skin feels fantastic.

I've used two masks now and thrilled with the results. Easy to use, just follow the instructions. The improvement to a wrinkly neck is astonishing, just a shame it is temporary. Will continue to use for moisture boost and wrinkle reduction.

This mask is designed for a long thin face with a very high forehead, tiny eyes and very small nose. It was tricky to put on, the eye slits were so small it was difficult to keep serum out of my eyes, part of my not medium size nose was not covered, and I had to really stretch the mask to get it over my ears. After I had removed the mask and massaged in the residue I expected it to be absorbed but after 1/2 hour I still had an unpleasant glue-like layer on my skin. I can see no difference as a result of the mask, and am not relishing using the remaining three.

Used the masks twice in the past couple of weeks and couldn't have been more impressed with the results. My ultra dry Skin felt the softest it's felt in years and super hydrated!! Skin felt and looked noticeably smoother and foundation applied so nicely before my night out after using the mask. By far the best results ever from any face mask I have used before!

this product gave instant results on fine lines and crepey neck which i am very concious about. I will be using this product every week along with my usual no7 products. I will also be using before a night out as results last upto 6 hours.
