Boots.com review I use this paste once a day in the evening after I’ve completed my routine. I apply to the areas of my skin where I find I tend to have breakouts so my T zone. Once applied I leave on my skin overnight and I have seen a huge improvement in my skin. I don’t tend to have huge breakouts and my skin looks much more calmer. This is perfect for anyone who has more sensitive skin as I found it to be very gentle on my skin.

Boots.com review I used this on spots and blemishes, as I suffer from hormonal acne on the chin and upper lip. It seemed to help dry out the first small whitehead I tried it on, and it fell off without the need for me to burst it - and therefore had minimal scarring. Had mixed outcomes with bigger inflamed spots, but will continue to use.

However I didn’t see any benefit from it so didn’t really notice any good effects. It didn’t seem to help much with my menopausal breakouts.
