Boots.com review This mascara was rubbish, when applied, leaves marks on eyelids. Throughout the day there were smudges underneath my eyes. Also, made my eyelashes looks shorter than other mascaras I’ve used. Tried it for three days and then binned it.

Boots.com review Only giving the two stars for the brush because it’s exactly what I wanted for natural looking lashes. However, just looked in a mirror for the first time today after a busy day with lots of interactions, and I have smudges all down my cheeks. Very embarrassing, will not use again unless as a base for a waterproof one.

Boots.com review I was recommened this from the girl on the no7 stand , i had a NYX waterproof mascara in my basket she said no7 was much better and also waterproof ! After one hout of wearing i caught a glimps of my self to notice big fecking panada eyes .... never so disappointed in a product as I am with this and the pprice of 15 euro tou would expect it to be flawless

Boots.com review It’s awful, awful, awful! I am so disappointed, I felt compelled to leave a review on Boots website as it is marketed as not smudging, flaking etc.. but does precisely that. Every time I’ve worn it, I’ve had bad smudged panda eyes - my husband asked if I’d been crying, it leaves that typical embarrassing look! Although this is the worst, I’ve found a few Boots No7 makeup products very underwhelming, I won’t be buying more.

Boots.com review Terrible, waste of money. I have seen the cut and paste response from No.7 on all the other bad reviews - so I took their advice and made sure eye area was clean and dry. To be fair, this was better for an hour or two, but the mascara still ended up underneath my eyes. I have given up. I have instead gone for a mascara I never heard of before by SWEED which so far is brilliant. I think No.7 should recall this product. It is not fit for purpose.

Boots.com review Loved the definition and the separation this mascara gave. My otherwise straight lashes did stay lifted longer than many others. However, would not buy again as it smudged all around my eyes and that is totally unacceptable given both the price and the brand.

Boots.com review Terrible mascara. I read the comments regarding how to apply mascara properly (even though I have been wearing mascara for 45 years) but it still runs. Waste of money and the world's resources. May as well through £11.00 in the bin

Boots.com review What a waste of money, doesn't curl or lift no matter how many coats you apply, agree with all the other reviews re smudging and yes I did use it correctly making sure my skin wasnt oily etc! Totally ineffective, so disappointed

Boots.com review Bought a few weeks ago as I do like to try something new from No 7 especially a mascara. I hate it. I found I had to go over and over my lashes to make them look "curl, lengthened and a wide awake look" and still was unable to get that look. My biggest complaint is with the plastic brush which I found really made my eyes sore and gave me a feeling of pulling my eyelashes and felt uncomfortable until I washed it off. Complained to customer services department but the person I spoke to didn't take my complaint at all seriously.
