I’ve used the No7 Cleansing Hot Cloth Cleanser for a while now, and it’s honestly become one of my favourite steps in my routine. My skin is quite sensitive, acne-prone, and can get dry, so I’m always cautious with cleansers—but this one feels really gentle and nourishing. The cream texture is so soothing, and when I use it with a warm cloth, it makes my skin feel properly clean without stripping it. One of the biggest things I’ve noticed is how soft and hydrated my skin feels afterwards. It doesn’t leave that tight feeling at all, which I usually get with other cleansers. Instead, my skin feels calm and comfortable, even when I have active breakouts. It’s also really good at removing makeup and daily buildup without needing to scrub, which I love. Since using it, my skin has looked a bit clearer and more balanced, and it hasn’t aggravated my acne or caused any irritation—which is a big win for me. Overall, I think it’s a great option if you have sensitive or dry, acne-prone skin and want something gentle but effective. It feels like a more pampering cleanse while still doing the job properly.

Not sure is that formula or just my skin. Allergy reaction. Red patches, itchy. Took couple of days to heal.

I was very impressed with this cleanser. It left my skin feeling really clean and soft. It is equally as good as the Liz Earle one for half the price and is so rich you don't need to use much of it. I use only one pump, although 2 are recommended.
