Boots.com Review I think I have used every brand of concealer on the market and this is the best I have ever used. I know it is supposed to be to conceal dark circles (which it does brilliantly) but I have really dark pigmentation on my brows and on my cheeks and this covers it really well. Because it is water based, it doesn't go into my lines. It does have a luminous affect.
