Boots.com review Bought the newly packaged mascara, previously silver and gold tube. Awful, was told it was exactly the same and it’s really not. The top of the tube also going all crusty. I won’t be buying again after years of using the old one. Wish I’d seen the reviews before I wasted the £14.50!

Boots.com review I love no7 but this mascara is no good. I opened it today excited at having a new mascara. It is very dry. I thought I'd used an old one. Couldn't tell I had mascara on. After 3 coats I gave up. Just had the tips of the lashes with a small amount of mascara on. Wish I could take it back but I don't have the receipt.

Boots.com review I bought this last week but had to return it because it made my eyes itchy and sore. I was told that the formula was exactly the same and that only the packaging had changed. I can’t believe that because I had used this mascara it many times before the new packaging without any problems. Had to go a day without eye makeup to let the soreness subside. Used what was left in my old (original packaging) mascara today and absolutely no bad reaction.

Boots.com review Awful, each time I've used, it flakes after an hour or 2 and leaves little black bits under eyes. Doesn't extend at all, feels like a bog standard cheap mascara, very disappointing, total waste of money!

Boots.com review I have used Lash Extender mascara for years and have always found No.7 products excellent. They have let themselves down with this, it makes my eyes itch after half a day and I need to clean it off. It is supposed to be the same product that was in the gold packaging: it is not. In addition the packaging looks cheap.

This used to be my favourite mascara when it came in the silver bottles but now it is awful. Boots have clearly changed the formula inside. This mascara is so difficult to remove that I have lost a good half of my eyelashes now. Honestly I could cry I’m so upset. This mascara also irritates my eyes.

Boots.com review I’ve used no7 products for years and have always loved them. Recently purchased some new products and they’re not a patch in the old ones! This mascara applies fine but flakes off within a few hours! Won’t be buying again- disappointed with the new changes and dislike the new packaging! Will be finding a new brand- such a shame as no7 was always so reliable

Boots.com review Quite honestly I am really disappointed with this mascara. It is so clumpy and thick it ends up on the brush in a big blob and I have to wipe off the excess every time I use it which is so wasteful. I won't buy this product anymore.
