I usually use Benefit "thats my gal" as my primer but was given this as a present so decided to try it. I have olive skin, medium sized pores and am 41. It is lovely to apply and sinks in very easily giving a nice finish. However I need a pinkish tone to my primer to warm up my skin. I would recommend this to use if you do not have olive toned skin like me. Boots can you please do a version of this with a pink tone. It is much easier to apply than my Benefit primer but lacks its pink tone.t

just tried a little sample of this from boots. have tested it out in shop before and does seem to give skin a nice smooth appearance and a nice base for makeup. maybe a little drying for sensitive skin? as skin felt a little tight but overall nice smooth face and helps makeup stay on better and for longer.

I bought this product as i was looking for a new primer to use but i am extremely disappointed. I have never had any reactions or problems with any make-up product. This primer is hypo-allergenic (which was just a coincidence,i didn't buy it for this reason) however it is the only make-up product i have ever had a problem with. The day i used it, my skin had a burnt look to it by the end of the day and i was unsure of what i'd done. The next day i used it again, but i noticed as soon as i put it on and started doing the rest of my make-up, red spots had appeared and i had patches at the side of my face. Given the fact that this is hypo-allergenic and i have no issues with my skin and never suffered with acne, i was very surprised that this had happened. my skin still looks bruised on my cheeks and i will never be buying No7 products again.

Used this a few times and really can't fault it. I like the fact it has a little colour to it and hides my fine lines. Not the best primer ive used BUT for the price i will be repurchasing.

It really helped my skin look so much better and my make-up looked more natural and went on more easily.

I got this primer as part of my boots advent calendar and I love it. I had been using another primer for several years but i loved how this felt silky on my skin and gave a great base for my foundation. I used it with both a light and high coverage foundation and found it worked well with both. I'll be switching to this from my current primer when it runs out.

I have been using this primer for over a month and I absolutely love it. This primer has a lovely silky feel and goes on beautifully on my skin. There is no greasy feel and has a nice smell. Since I have been using it my foundation stays on longer and leaves my skins looking flawless. This is a must have in every make up bag.

I have never used this type of product previously but will be making sure it is part of my makeup routine from now on. Its light and easily absorbed and helps to give a flawless finish especially for my ageing skin.

Was sent this to try out. It does not have an unpleasant smell and is easily applied even though the consistency is rather dense. I could not really see any difference to the appearance of my skin, however it did feel a little smoother. It is not as good quality as the other primer I have been using for the last 4 or so years and certainly not good value for money - expensive for the size of tube.
