This primer glides on my face making it feel beautifully smooth and is a fantastic base for make up. I have sensitive skin that has a tendency to get greasy, I have had no bad reactions from this and my skin doesn't get the usual wet shiny look after a couple of hours of wearing make up

A friend thought I should try the No7 Instand Illusions primer. I am delighted that I did. It is easy to apply, smells lovely and fresh and has made my foundation stay on longer. I don't know if it reduced the appearance of my wrinkles but it did give a lovely even base to apply make up to and people did tell me how well I looked. It is a little pricey at almost £20 for 30ml but well worth buying if you get it on offer. I will be buying this product again. :-)

This primer feels and smells lovely to apply. It is lightweight yet creamy, and gives a nice finish. However, I am prone to an oily T zone and, much as I like this product, I find the No 7 Stay Perfect Primer much better for keeping me shine-free for longer. Nice product, probably better suited to normal-dry skin than combination-oily though.

I normally use smashbox, Guerlain or bare minerals primer, this is just as good as smashbox and better than than the other two. Non greasy, easy to apply and keeps make up in place all day, love it. PS my skin is oily.

Never having used a primer before I thought that nothing beats a try. I must say that I am very pleased with it. The consistency of the cream is lovely which makes it flow onto your mosturised skin leaving a silky feel before applying your No 7 liquid foundation. I find that my skin looks and feels soft all day. I definitely will be using this as my daily routine.

Magic in a bottle - even though the tube is quite small you only need a small blob on the end of your finger to cover face and neck. Very smooth and doesn't leave any sticky residue. Foundation just glides on. Would definitely use again

It's always exciting to trial a new product for Boots. This feels amazing on the skin but made no difference whatsoever to visible lines. It also felt quite drying once my makeup was applied. However I do have dry and menopausal skin so might be fine on younger skin

Love this product and use it everyday - it makes your face feel smooth and ready for the foundation or to just leave it bare. love it.
