took this on holiday with me & i never usually burn but i wanted to have a little protection on my skin but for some reason this didn’t protect me at all. was the colour of a lobster & it has such a weird texture, was balling up on my arms. grim and the pump is awful. save your money & just buy nivea or something x

Love this product - quite thick & a little gloopy but good stuff - no allergic reaction! Reapply every couple of hours and it works really well BUT the pump dispenser is rubbish! After a couple of squirts it packs up so have to unscrew it & use it by tipping it into your hand so either get too much or too little! Not cheap so sort it out Boots - in the meantime I'll try another brand.

1.Smelt like baby vomit 2. Left goblets of sticky-ness all over skin 3. Pump stopped working 4. Got burnt - factor 30!! Utter waste of money.

Awful product! We both burnt using factor 30 in 20’c heat! Never usually burn. The cream gathers and rolls like dead skin, leaving zero protection! Bottle says to apply hourly, with only 6 applications in the whole bottle!!!!! Imagine using a bottle a day per adult! Will never buy again and stick to my usual one application a day cream. I just hope someone reads this review before wasting their money!

Decided to change my sun cream this year to this product as I use a lot of no 7 products and love them. How ever this product was awful turned my hand orange I thought it was and sun protection not tanning cream. I used factor 30 but I burnt which I have never done before also it came out with bits in it . Also brought factor 15 which I never touched. Very disappointed in this product wouldn't recommend.

Good cream but pump did not work after 2 days. Reviews of 9 months ago complaining about pump not working - should have been resolved by now. Wish I'd read reviews before purchasing

No7 are the only cosmetics I use, so when I saw this I was delighted: just what I wanted, with a pump spray for convenience. However, after the first few uses, the pump ceased to work and the only way to use it was to wipe it on from the pump tube. Messy! I returned the bottle and received a free replacement and went to a sunny place again. Same thing happened. I have just received another free replacement because I really need the product. I expect I'll be taking that back after my next break in the sun. Please sort this pump out, Boots or I'll be having free suntan lotion for life!

I have used the product for a number of years and as I living abroad with very fair skin I was glad to eventually find a lotion that helped me tan, not burn. The pump does get clogged very easily though.

Left horrid glue like mucus all over my skin. Vile. Wouldn't recommend or ever buy again.

Tried rinsing under the tap, sticking a pin in it etc but the spray stopped working soon after opening. The liquid then went very grainy ( a bit like an exfolitator !). On a positive note, I returned it to the store as I had purchased 3 bottles and they exchanged it with no problem for the Soltan range.
