This product was really good. The balm is the right consistency- not too runny and was both moisturising and soothing. No irritation or redness was experienced during the day when I had used it. Great product!

This product has a mild cooling effect and leaves my skin feeling hydrated. Purchased as had a 5GBP off No.7. While this is a good product the price is a tad expensive (at RRP) compared to other moisturisers/balms out there.

Ordered this for my other half, who swears by it. Even better, it was on a “spend more than £20 get a free gift bag” promotion. Happy days. Much anticipation until the order arrived, only to find that the “free gift bag” was exactly that. A paper gift bag. No contents, just a bag. What a disappointment, hence only four stars. Come on Boots. You can do better than that!
