I bought this on holiday as a whim. Kinda sad I can't repurchase without coming back to UK. I have been using this for about a month and use it as an AM cleanser. I rub this into a dry face with dry hands for about 30 seconds and turns into an oil and rinse off with a damp cloth. My SO has tried to use it in the shower as a normal wash and complained about it, but it doesn't work like that as it turns to a milk when it comes in contact with water. I have mild rosacea with combo skin and dryness on my forehead. This didn't freak me skin out which I appreciated. My skin didn't even feel tight after use which is something that usually happens after I wash my face. It does have a scent but it's not overpowering.

I bought this two weeks ago and it's AMAZING!! It's a gel, that when massaged in your face, turns Into an oil and then once splashed with water, turns into a lotion! Magic! Although I have a combination skin this doesn't leave my skin feeling oilier. I always use it dry and double cleanse when using this when I'm taking my makeup off as obviously it takes the first layer off the first time and then cleanses deeper into the skin the second time. I love it. Such a subtle smell too. Beautiful soft feeling afterwards.

Genuinely does get rid of everything and is a lovely texture. Tried it as it came with a gift and immediately bought another tube of it the day after. Would recommend

Love this product, you only need the smallest amount and takes makeup off so quickly! Face feels so clean afterwards.

Bought this on a whim as I'd run out of my normal Clarins foaming cleanser, but I am very glad that I did. I use the smallest amount, warm it up between my hands (by circling my palms together) and then apply it evenly all over my face (without adding water!). I then continue to massage it in for a minute, or two, before splashing my face with lukewarm water. I then add a toner to remove what little's left and hey-presto! It, surprisingly, even removed my waterproof mascara! It's made my skin softer, it's not drying me out (my skin is 50 years old, so this is quite important) and it's going to last me for ages! I'm converted and will not be purchasing my old cleanser again.

I have now used two tubes of this cleanser and find it thoroughly cleans my face. I wash it off with a warm, wet muslin cloth after rubbing it I thoroughly. I do need moisturiser afterwards but I have dry skin.

I'm really not keen on this cleanser at all. I'm not sure of the texture, i don't think it feels like a gel nor an oil when adding water. Seems to dry my skin out too, i always have to reach for the moisturiser straight away, so there's no time for the skin to breath in between. Also it stings the eyes, so if like me you were hoping to use it to remove eye makeup just be aware you will end up with sore eyes. I won't be repurchasing this again.

Absolutely love this wash. Removes all my make up including mascara and rubs in lovely to an oily feel yet when rinshed of with a flannel feels soft and silky. I use this both morning and night.

I bought this a week ago on my everlasting hunt for a cleanser that really does ‘dissolve’ make up. It’s a nice cleanser that leaves my skin feeling soft but it doesn’t get rid of make-up - not full coverage foundation anyway. I’d continue to use as a second cleanser after maybe micellar water, but I won’t be purchasing again, as for 9.50 it isn’t anything special.
