I received this for as a Christmas gift 2019, and have been using it ever since! I have a very sensitive face and can get eye eczema. I have had no problems with this product, and I love it. Used to use for every cleanse, now use it as my second cleanse in the evening. I love the texture and it takes off any excess make up. Can't wait to use it again in the warmer months!

This has been my go-to cleanser for at least 5 years, in both old and new versions. It's perfect for a hot cloth cleanse and glides over the skin perfectly if you want to do a massage step during the cleanse, without dripping everywhere. If you don't like oil, it might not be for you, although it isn't a heavy oil once it's melted. It comes away with a damp flannel. I like the fact that it doesn't strip the skin. It doesn't have a 'squeaky clean feel' which is good because it doesn't leave my skin feeling dry or tight afterwards. Although it leaves a slight film on the skin, I quite like it because it feels soft and all of my skincare products absorb afterwards.

I was looking for a new cleanser/facial wash after having used Body Shop Vitamin E for years, but feel it wasn't doing much good for anti aging skin. So pleased with this product it wipes all make up off in one go and leaves skin super smooth. I have now switched all my skincare to No7 using the Protect and Perfect range. Highly recommend for mature skin.

I usually use a cleansing balm from a prestige brand, but decided to give this NO 7 range a try. The cleansing balm is too oily, but this melting gel is a lovely cleanser. It melts away makeup, and turns to a milky texture when water is introduced. It washes away leaving no residue on the skin, leaving my face feeling clean and fresh. Will definitely buy again!

I tried this as the hot cloth cleanser is brilliant. This is horrible, it's highly perfumed and irritates my skin. Have thrown it away.
