I like this sunscreen as an everyday cream. It is great with or without makeup and the tube is small if needed for travel. I find it light and non-greasy, easy to rub in and it doesn't stain clothes. This provides good sun protection for my fair and freckly skin. This is not a water-resistant product and I don't feel that it is suitable for sports and swimming.

I bought this because I thought it would not be greasy but sadly its like an oil slick. Please Boots could you make one that's matt ?

I use this product all year and normally keep one or two in my cupboard to tide me over. So I was very concerned when I went into Boots and was told that 'because it is winter' this product is not stocked! Well people go on Xmas holidays and also ski in winter months so it should be stocked all year! I had to order online and felt lucky that this was still available. I hated the tinted version. It came off on everything pale that I wore in the summer. Bad decision to tint this product and if Boots intend to continue doing so then PLEASE use another coloured container so that it is obvious. Thank you

I used this all summer and love it plus the SPF 50 is brilliant.

When trying this i expected it to be thick and greasy like most spf50 creams, however this is totally different, it goes onto skin like a good quality moisturiser and feels soft and smooth, no residue at all just a very slight pleasant smell. Just come back from little break in spain and used this on my face every 2 hours during day, it worked very well, no burn at all just soft smooth skin, also works well under makeup without making mascara melt onto skin, so no panda eyes. Would definitely use this again.

Great product. Easily applied and absorbed, not like a typical sunscreen that leaves skin feeling clogged and greasy. Great under foundation and/or other make-up products. I also used this on my baby as SPF50. Handy travel size. A definite must have.

This No7 Protect & Perfect Intense Facial Sun Protection is one of my favourite new products and certainly the most pleasant suncare product I have ever used. I have mild Rosacea that flares up in the sun and have used the Boots Soltan Once Face suncare for the last few years but I think I will switch to the No7 from now on... it smells gorgeous, is easy to apply and has kept my face from burning in the recent scorching weather. The instructions suggest re-applying after 1-2 hours or after swimming and for this reason I have recommend the Soltan Once (see below), but to be honest most days I only applied the No7 P&P once and it lasted all day. Fantastic.

I’ve been using this for over a year now as I need to wear factor 50 every day due to suffering with Lupus. (Really everyone should be wearing some level of sun protection everyday but before my diagnosis it didn’t really bother me if I’d missed a day or two!) I’ve tried other brands that left that obvious sun cream shine, even under makeup. I have quite oily skin anyway and so having the extra layer of grease meant I was breaking out with spots every couple of days or so. This has the telltale shine that comes with a sun screen BUT it’s a faction of what other brands looks like. Plus if you put a really good primer over the top, before make up, it takes most of the shine away. This product isn’t as greasy other brands as well which means my break outs are now only limited to the dreaded time of the month. It does say you need to apply it every 2 hours but then you need to do this regularly with normal sun cream. I also bought the stick version so I can apply it easily at work. I just put this on over the top of my make up and it doesn’t show or take anything off. I did also try the tinted version which sadly, as I’m incredibly pale, made me look a bit orange.

It’s a very nice base that’s not as thick and sticky as sun cream I use it in winter under makeup and it works well

I recently bought this product in lockdown and I love it! It is really easy to slip into any skincare routine and works well with makeup. I love the most that it has UVA and UVB protection. The only thing that sometimes bothers me is the smell and it can leave your face slightly greasy if too much is used.
