I switched from Protect & Perfect as apparently this one is aimed at my age group now unfortunately for me lol. I really love the fact that the day cream has a slight tint of foundation in it I think. The problem is as someone else mentioned, after a while I tend to get little bits of it coming off dry when I rub my skin which is really disappointing. I don't know whether it's the day cream, the night cream or the serum but I never used to get this with the protect and perfect cream. I hope that Boots can find out what's causing this and hopefully change it so that it doesn't happen because it is a really good cream apart from that.

I am officially a No7 convert! After spending countless hours and a heck of a lot of money trying to find a product that would smooth and tone my dull, dry skin I've finally found it. Not only did this product tame my dry skin it also gave me an even skin tone and a lovely youthful glow especially when used with the Night Cream. 10/10

My husband bought me this gift set as part of my Christmas present. He thought it must be good as it he thought it was expensive. I’m wary what I use on my skin as I am still prone to spots (I’m 62!) but gave it a go. It’s the worst stuff I have ever used. My skin was so itchy I could have scratched it off and I came out in big lumps and spots. I’ll wait another few weeks before it’s all resigned to the bin and hopefully he won’t notice

It's impossible to please everyone but i personally prefer this new version. Skin looks luminous minus the glittery particles. Makeup applies more smoothly too. Always a bonus.

I used this cream whilst I was on holiday in a very hot and sunny climate and I used no other sunscreen for my face other than this product. The SPF worked a dream and by the end of our three week holiday my face just had a gentle glow with absolutely no sunburn - so very impressed with this. Also I tend to find face creams that have SPF can irritate my skin and my eyes but again this cream was brilliant and gentle. The texture was lovely to apply - just creamy enough to feel moisturising but not heavy. No discernible change in wrinkles - but I've yet to find a face cream that does!!

I have persevered with this cream for 2 weeks. It is horrendous. It Flakes off in huge sloughs which looks like peeling skin. A very rude store manager tried telling me it was due to my skin being the issue. Not likely. Going by lots of other people having the same problem it's clearly an auwful product. Doesn't sink into the skin just sits there like an oil slick all day... Then crumbles away....

I decided to try the Boots No7 Lift & Luminate range as I was struggling to find a facial skincare range that delivered everything I was looking for. After using the serum I then apply the day cream (also using the night cream). It smells nice, absorbs quickly and a little goes a long way. My skin definitely looks and feels better, my sun/age spots have become less visible and my skin looks brighter and healthier. I am on my second pot now and with the regular 3 for 2 offers it's a great price. I will definitely be sticking with the Lift & Luminate for the foreseeable.

The recipe has been changed! It used to luminate the skin to look glowy! Obviously it dosent lift anything coz only your surgeon can really do that but this was the best cream ever, the glow lasted all day, ie it illuminated!!! No longer does that and is quite gloopy and makes skin itchy, so upset, won't buy again, not worth it's price tag!

I have been searching for years for a product range that does not make my skin react...I have combination skin, so my cheeks get very dry and sore...I have been using this cream for less than a week, and already my skin feels smoother, and is starting to have a slight glow...Other day creams have either been too greasy or not moisturising enough. I use this along with other products from this range and will not use anything else now. I have only put four stars because I’m new to the range, and think there will be even better results over time.

I had been debating for a fews days whether to try this out or not. I wanted to buy both day and night cream but felt this was a bit pricey.. After reading the reviews I decided to try them both ( and also splashed out on the tinted moisturiser). As soon as I applied the day cream my skin felt soothed and had an instant glow which looked great.This is my second day and I have just applied the tinted moisturiser and wow the result is a very natural look, added a little blusher and mascara and I am now ready to go, I love it! Well worth the money. This is my new best friend.
