As an oap it is difficult to actually buy anything at all for the face. This cream is light and is easily absorbed.

This cream is awful and my skin looks no different although to be fair no worse either. I haven't noticed any "lifting" and the only "luminating" going on is because this crean is so greasy! Although only mildly perfumed, why oh why is perfume still being put into facial creams anyway...I certainly don't want it in a moisturiser I'm going to put on my face. So yet again another over-hyped product that doesn't do very much at all. Because it's so rich and greasy you only need to apply in small amounts because if you put a normal amount on you just end up with a greasy, shiny face! Using small amounts will make this pot of cream last for ages but it's still not a good product and I will never buy it again and may go back to Protect and Perfect.

This cream is rich and also light. My skin is fine and the cream absorbs well - it doesn't leave any oily or greasy residue, very nice quality. Rivals expensive French brand in a red tub!

I have absolutely no problems with the cream, it is excellent however my husband commented on my shiny skin & yes it does make it look shiny & greasy to the extent that I have to use powder to conceal which I have never done before. Spoke with an advisor in Boots store who said I was using too much & to apply with fingertips only, tried this but still the same effect. Please Boots, its a great cream but can you remove/reduce the reflective quality so it is more like the Protect & Perfect cream? Will continue to use night cream but am going back to Protect & Perfect Intense day cream.

This is a great moisturiser. It can be a bit shiny though which is the only drawback. It does not moisturise my skin enough alone, as my skin is quite dry, but combined with the P&P Intense serums and Luminate serum it's totally fine.

I love this cream, think some reviewers have found it too white, but if you use just a little and apply to cheeks first then put the last bit on your t zone then make sure your rub it in it leaves a lovely dewy glow. I am soon to be 40 and after 4 weeks of using this have abandoned my heavier foundation in favour of tinted moisturiser, I have combination skin and am finding this just right. Only negatives I have are price (bit steep compared to other no7 moisturisers) and the glass jar, scared i will drop it and it will smash to bits.

I have just started using this cream as a result of there being a small tube of it in the free christmas gift - I love it! It does exactly what it says and is also a great base for make up as it does make your skin look glowing! I must buy a big tub of it!

Have been using Uplifting cream & been impressed with results - would love to continue with its replacement Lift & luminate if only it were available in more hygienic packaging: tubes!!

I have used many "premium" brands and had concluded that I was going to have to rely on foundation to cover up my increasing imperfections. But bought this on a whim and am really impressed - skin looks smoother and lightening effect has evened my skintone. Will definitely stick with this.
