I recently bought this product and have not looked back. I use it mornings and I sometimes even foget to put on my lippy OOPS! Brilliant leaves lips soft and kissable.

Sorry, not good I'm afraid and I really wanted this to be good, but it is not. My lips feel dry after application. The packaging states 'smoothes and hydrates for 24-hours' ... this is not the case for me. I tried to stay with it and give it a go, but have reverted back to my less expensive lip balm. I am very disappointed ... Sorry not a great review.

I do love this balm, use it every day. Only downfall is once dried makes my lips feel a little stiff

this is AMAZING i put some on my lips and it lasted for ages! even the next day my lips still felt hydrated.

Smells (and tastes) lovely, but alas! doesn't do what it suppose to - hydrate. Had to switch back to my old good 'nivea essential care', which costs 5 times less, but works much better.

waste of money made my lips drier,ill stick to good old vaseline at a fraction of the price !

This really is disappointing compared to the rest of the Protect & Perfect range, it does not smooth or hydrate and left my lips feeling dry. I have reverted to using Clarins lip balm

I got this as part of a free gift when buying other lovely No.7 products. It's really not for me. I find it too 'wet' and hence I don't like it on my lips. I prefer a more 'greasy' lip balm like Nivea lip butters which seem, for me, to make my lips feel better. I only wear a lip balm at night as I prefer a lipstick during the day.

I purposely bought this as my lips do get dry but -yuk! It tasted foul, if you happended to lick your lips like I did and worked no better than Rescue Remedy Cream by Bach (of which you get a lot more) and it tasted the same too. I will stick with Vaseline from now on!!!

I’m surprised no one else has mentioned the burning numbness from this lip product! I had to take it off after a few seconds. My lips were burning and after I removed it and then my lips were numb and tingling.
